The cashier did not have customer service skills. I said Buenos Días and she ignored me and continued to talk to her coworker about something personal I left.

Girl working the ice cream counter was not very friendly at all. Ice cream was good. Sat on Calzada and people watched. Was nice. They are really fixing up the Calzada a lot. It's going to be beautiful when finally finished.

The register workers were unfriendly, after 45 minutes of waiting for my order and watching as many people went past me with meals, ordered well after I placed my order, I told them to either give me my food or refund my money. The woman didn't even blink, she got the manager, who never said a word to me or even looked at me, then she gave me my money in silence and went back to taking orders. The security guard at the door noticed my situation and tried several times to get them to complete the order, they just ignored him as well. On my way out the door, the security guard said he was sorry for the problem. If you need a McDonald's, try another one; if you'd really like to eat!

A dirty restaurant with very poor service.

Terrible service, lazy employees, it's dirty, the worst McDonald's store that I've ever been. Employees working there all have such "GREAT" attitude that made you wonder whether they actually realize they just work in a fast-food joint!!!!!! Cannot believe McDonald's chain can tolerate a store with such terrible service. DON'T GO THERE!

This McDonald is not very comfortable like standard others. What made me angry that we got watersupply shortage in our hotel nearby and we wanted to use the bathrooms here. And after I took a bottle of tap water a guy came and locked to toilets having a sign that it is due to watersupply shortage. But they had water so they just wanted to prevent people or customers to get to toilets. This is mean behavior. I paid for breakfast and dont accept closed toilets for obvios false reason.

I would never eat there.

Crowded premises as usual. Food standard to McDonald's.

Good location, fast service. They need to offer more options of sugar free drinks.
