This is long overdue, but I have been here twice and this is one of the only medical spas I have chosen to return to and will be trusting him with many other treatments. I have never met a Doctor Who is so patient and interested in educating you while being honest with what you need and don’t need. Even more, his employees are wonderful and his right hand girl who manages the office has become my friend because she is so kind and helpful. I can always text him with questions and that is something I appreciate. love this place!!!

From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist had such a big smile on her face and was very warming. It was my first time looking to get Botox or lip fillers, and the doctor was actually really great. He explained everything to me to the tea step-by-step during the consultation. He was very knowledgeable, detailed, professional. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, I mean there was a moment where I literally passed out because of my fear to needles 🤭🥹 and even after that, I felt very safe & comfortable the whole entire time. I definitely will be coming back for my follow ups. I would highly recommend this Spa. It’s nice to go with someone who knows what they’re doing. I love my work. Thank you! By the way, I got 12 units of Botox on my forehead and just a half a syringe 0.55 for my lips! ✨❤️

I came in for my very first microneedling session here and I had an amazing experience. The spa was very clean and I was offered water as soon as I arrived by the receptionist Kseniia, who was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Amir took his time with me and went over an analysis of my skin with me and any questions or concerns I had. I liked that he did not try to oversell me to get more work done, as that is something I come across often when going to medical spas. He was very gentle during the procedure and told me my downtime will be about 48 hours, however the redness went away completely in less than 1 day! Overall, I had a great experience here at Plump Medical Spa and will definitely be back!

My visit with Dr. Amir was amazing! I was so nervous going into the appointment, but he put me at ease. Nothing was rushed; Dr. Amir took the time to explain what my options were with no pressure. He also did an incredible skin analysis on my face and went into detail with me about the results. Kseniia is also a sweetheart that allows my dog to come to my sessions. She responds quickly and has an amazing heart. Just love them both :)

It was my first time ever getting Botox and Dr.Amir exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to go in for a lot of Botox, I'm a very expressive person and didn't want any of my features inhibited. Dr.Amir totally understood this and actually took the time to tell me where the best places for my lighter administration of Botox would be. He explained where he was going to inject, how many, and talked me through the entire process as it was happening. He’s gentle with his injections, quick, and precise. He was wonderful! I really appreciated the fact he didn't try and pressure me for more or try and up-sell anything. He listened to what I wanted and helped make it happen! I am honestly thrilled with the results! Could not recommend him enough! Also Kseniia was delightful, very kind and sweet.

I am so happy I found Plump Medical Spa. I stumbled across it by accident and immediately fell in love with it. Kseniia is truly the sweetest and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable before your appointment. Dr. Mortazavi is the most skilled doctor that I truly have ever met. He takes his time to create the most beautiful master piece. I’ve never trusted anyone with my face until I met him. He is truly an artist. He is REALLY REALLY REALLY incredible at what he does. I am in love with this place! They gained a lifer 🙂 I received microneedling with laser (I think), and face filler.

My first treatment with Plump Medical Spa was in December 2022 for my birthday, my daughter in law treated me to microneedling. When we first got there, we were greeted by Kseniia. Shes the sweetest, most welcoming person ever. The doctor is great too, very professional and informative. He explained everything as he was doing it. We got our faces scanned for a more in depth look at our problem areas. Then got numbed for microneedling, after about 20 minutes of letting numbing cream do its thing, the doctor came in to start the microneedling procedure. The procedure didn’t hurt, you could feel some pressure but the numbing cream really works. Healing process is quick, doctor says 48 hours but the redness seems to clear up in about 24 hours give or take. We decided to go once a month for microneedling and almost every month since then we’ve gotten other things done too. Lip filler is amazing 😚 👌🏻, tear through filler for tired eyes✨, filller for nasolabial folds, rf microneedling and co2 laser treatment. All great treatments done professionally by Dr. Amir. We are forever clients now, we enjoy seeing them every month🤍
