Chicken is very flavorful. It's par for the course for a fast food chain. Would eat there again.

Very good prices for good fast food. You can get a combo with fried and a drink for $3-4 easily. The cashiers don't know English well but they have a menu you can easily point to.

Service is always fluctuating, most of the time is bad, long lines to make due to lazy employees, almost always the seats and tables are not cleaned, restroom is always filled with dirty water or doesn't work, standard food quality. It is the place where people from discos go to eat.

I dunno what I ordered that took 40 minutes to make. If you want to wait a lifetime for some basic chicken don’t order the new combo. Literally everyone that came after me already got their food and finished it. When I asked for a refund because I still didn’t get the food and I don’t want it anymore. The person just ignored me and turned the other way.

Locality is good but be careful of your stuff...Lots of miscreants visit this place. But food is good.

Chicken is great, service can be tricky... one day good, next day not so good (horrible). No sense on customer service as a priority, but again the chicken (we bought whole chickens) is excellent.

How do they make fried chicken taste horrible? I don't know but they succeed at it. Only go here if you're very very drunk
