    This is your regular Starbucks, but the location can be sketchy. They have a drive-through if you prefer. Inside is nice and clean, well lit, but the problem is that the music they have is so loud, you can't even hold a conversation with a friend. I suspect they have that so that people don't camp out in there. I requested that they turn the volume down just a bit and they said they would but it never happened. It's a fine location to drop by and get your coffee then go somewhere else.

    Worse Starbucks ever! I can't wait to write a one-star review for this location. The drive-through screen is broken at night. When I pass to the order point nobody talked to me. It's natural that I got out of my car to talk to them and made sure they were not working. Then I waited in between the order point and the window. So strange - this guy started to talk to the next care behind me and processed his order. OK - I guess the guy in the Starbucks must be busy or sleepy so this guy did not notice me. So after the order process was behind me, I just walked out of my car again and talked to the order broken screen with a mic to explain the situation and let's do order. He refused to process the order for me and asked me to drive around the super long drive-through line (like another 10-15 min) and order again! He said it was my fault. However, it's easy just to manually process an order and I told him it's your problem to not post a note on the un-working screen like "TALK TO ME, I'M WORKING/ALIVE", and it's your problem to miss my order since you DID NOT RESPOND my sound. OK - then another lady probably his supervisor also joined the talk through the order mic and said it's all our fault, we could drive all the way out (another 10 minutes maybe) then park then order again, or just drive in line again. OMG- How stupid they are? I keep telling them the logic, they simply said it's everything my fault...or talk to the next window. So I follow the drive-through line and eventually arrived at the point of the window. The man inside the window guessed it was me. He did it on purpose to talk to someone on his headphone without my existence (without a gesture or sorry on his lips). After 15 seconds, he came to me and said "You can not order now here at the window" - OK it's so obvious you refused to talk to me because you want me to drive away myself even without discussing any chances. It's so rude! I can not believe Starbucks - this kind of supposedly customer-centric store could have such so-stupid/rude people to serve us. OK. Then it really drove me here to write a one-star review to wish them to improve. Otherwise, another poor customer would be you for sure without any doubt at this Starbucks location 1248 17th St, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Don't be so happy about their flexible opening time, you could be the next angry customer writing another review like me.

    They kept singing there was fight outside and they spilled the drink on my head. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN 🙄😒 ALSO GAVE ME RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT MY WIGHT Innapropiate songs and now there playing sexy red which is so inappropriate They also ignored my friend when she asked if theres charging ports they said they are covered up and my friend had to text her dieing grandma that has diabetes

    Luis, Mgr, and Lindsay provided me an excellent customer experience and it was my first time at this store. Somehow I got my order confused and ordered it wrong. Luis instantly corrected it with a great attitude providing me a great experience. Lindsay did my drink perfect!! Kudos to this store!!

    the app said my order will be ready in 6 minutes, I was at the store waiting for almost 20 minutes. There are no other customer, no car at the drive through, and 3 baristas there. 1 barista was making drink slowing while chatting with others. 2 other baristas just standing there and doing nothing. very bad service and bad quality of drinks. don't go there.

    This particular Starbucks is located between Grand and 17th Street. It's nice inside, but they have the air conditioning pumping so high that you can't stay for more than 15 minutes without becoming icy cold. We actually had to go out to the car and get our sweaters in the middle of 95° wshelves. I will say that the service here is a bit on the slower side than other Starbucks. So, if you want a quick in and out, this would not be the place to go. They have a pretty decent vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Mind you it is frozen or cold and then they heat it up, but it's not too bad. And of course they're Bakery items are usually really good. Their coffee is okay. It's not my favorite coffee I prefer Coffee Bean,

    I went through drive thru and they made my order iced instead of hot. It was half off drinks & they usually tell you the total right at the window. The barista VANIA said,”it’s only half off if you scan the app.” Actually, no VANIA, it’s not. It should automatically happen. It’s like she’s saving Starbucks’ money….it’s not going into your pocket VANIA. Chill. The worst tho? I saw VANIA dump my iced matcha latte in the sink. Starbucks usually hands over the messed up drink as an apology but fine, that’s okay that you didn’t. But to throw it away and not give it to someone else OR a homeless person is just so sad. People are struggling. Times are tough. Make someone’s day and Give someone that damn drink, but no VANIA, you just had to waste a perfectly good drink. I go to this Starbucks often & I’ve never seen VANIA before. All I know is that she needs to go or you’ll lose another customer.
