Bathrooms are disgusting! The stench of urine is overwhelming. The floor was covered in urine. I wonder how gross the kitchen is. There are broken doors and broken toilets in there. The mirror was taken down but most likely it was shattered and they never cared to replace it. I guess they like the vandalism on the walls too(maybe they think it gives it character). Looked like they haven't cleaned the place in a week. Waiting area is torn up too. Be ready to wait there for a long time too since they have nobody manning the front. Have some pride in your business. This visit was extremely disappointing.

Its crazy it seems like only 1 or 2 people are working every time we come here. Takes like 40 minutes to wait and be seated and another 40 minutes or longer for the food to come out. I feel bad for the people working here. I was waiting so long for a simple chicken salad. The chicken was raw, I'm sure from the employees rushing themselves to get it out. I then ordered something else but had to wait another half hour for it to come out. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Update.... Was waiting outside to be seated this week and a mouse came running out of the store. For some reason I still ate there. Dirty store and wings where overcooked. This is my good to spot to watch UFC fights. Friendly staff!!! Great drink selection. The new chicken sandwiches are really good. The guacamole was gross so skip that. Also I order to go all the time... Never get fries to go thru will always be cold when you get home.

To be honest, I was disappointed in this location. To start, when we got there the host told us that it would be 20-25 minutes...but then when I got a text message it said approximately 45-60 minutes. We decided to wait it out because we really wanted wings and were already there. Once we were taken to our table, I noticed the floors were very dirty...and I work in a restaurant so I know that sometimes it can be hard to keep up with the mess especially on a busy Sunday night, but they should have had someone actively cleaning...it just shows that they care more about getting people in and out rather than their customers. We were sat next to a party of 10 and they were very loud and obnoxious the whole time. Granted, I know that BWW is a sports bar type restaurant and it is going to be loud but on top of the ear-blasting music, it was all just very overwhelming. We saw that the table next to us got an appetizer plate so I ordered one because it looked good and all was okay for ten minutes (we still hadn't gotten our drinks) and the server comes back and says that they ran out of onion rings and we couldn't substitute anything on it so we couldn't get it. She also didn't have our drinks with her...so we just ordered two separate small appetizers and someone else delivered our drinks for her...it just felt like she didn't care. My boyfriend and I hadn't eaten all day so we were super hungry and we waited 40 minutes or so for all of the food to come out at once...I was very upset that we didn't get the appetizers first or something because I was so hungry but again, I understood...I just wish we got those first, not with our main meal. The bill ended up being 75 dollars because I ordered a side salad (which was 5 dollars) and 2 orders of fries (for 8$) and it was OKAY at best. The fries were wrong, one had lemon pepper seasoning and they were warm at best. And I only ate 2 bites of the salad and left the rest. The wings were the best part! I got Mango habanero (Sorry if I spelled that wrong). A few side comments, the party of 10 ended up calling the manager on the server and so I felt really bad and tipped her 15% but they really need to work on better training for their employees. Work on the cleaning (I will say though, the server began to clean up towards the end of our meal after like 2 hours) and maybe turn the music down a few notches...the food was great but the environment just ruined it for me...I probably won't be back to this location if this is the way it will be

Idiots at this establishment. I did a walk in order and gave my order. I had my order repeated to me and got the wrong thing. Incredible!!!! The bathroom looked like a bomb hit it. I am curious how the employees were able to conduct proper hygiene after using restroom and no soap or paper towels available. Floor in bathroom was slick like everyone missed the toilet when they urinated. Stay away from here. Lastly, people were waiting a while to be seated and no one was available to seat them while there were empty tables. One table close to bar looked like that was the staging table for dirty rags. I can keep going but I won’t.

I came back to Santa Ana for a visit to my bro and sis and missed them. So I came to Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The waiters were really nice and friendly. The service was excellent and quick. They made sure we were okay and taken care of. The food was very delicious and tasty. We had a great time. Leaving I happened to see a framed Jersey on the wall and it was my high school alumni, Saddleback High school. I was part of the schools first and only C.I.F. Championship in football in 1986. The sports bar was immaculate to me the drinks were well made too. Hats off the this establishment. I'll journey from San Diego here to just have a good time and reminisce at Buffalo Wild Wings in Santa Ana. Were I grew up.👍

There is an extremely long wait for food to come out. Also, who ever is in charge of running the restaurant is really letting the place go downhill. The tables, which take an unreasonable amount of time to get cleaned once someone leaves, are still fairly dirty once seated again. We were served silverware that hadn't been washed. The men's room urinals were over flowing. The floors of the restaurant were covered in food and trash and the place in general was in a deteriorating state. The food isn't exactly cheaply priced so most likely we won't be back.

Just left and Santo was the best waiter we could ever have! The best service and great charisma. I would honestly come back and ask for the same waiter. My family and I loved him very much!

I ask for refills more then 5 times and everybody ignore me this is terrible service awesome food and terrible service

The food was delicious and tasty especially my drink. Very normal service with no problems. The ac was on and it was cold and the wooden chairs made my butt hurt. Maybe I'm too fat but dam those chairs aren't comfortable.

Unfortunately the place has gone downhill, for some strange reason they say that they only have one server for the tables when they are so many open, but then I see lots of people standing and chatting with each other, Last night we had to even breakdown their little gathering to ask if they were helping us find a seat… The bathrooms are disgusting, We even on a good positive and constructive way We asked for the manager to mention it a few months ago and after our visit from last night I think even gotten worse 😒… this was our last time going here, I rather drive further to find a better place

I would give a zero if possible. Tonight we ordered at 6 o'clock with a pick up time of 6:40 pm. When I arrived, it was obvious that they were busy and behind. Asked how much longer for my order to come out, and the waiter told me 10 more minutes. The 10 minutes past and I was still waiting. At 7:15 pm my food finally came out. One of my kids side orders were incorrect and I then had to wait again for the side to be corrected. Both of my children were in the car this whole time they're young and they were crying. I asked to speak with the manager to tell him my experience, he was very rude and unconcerned with customer care. I told him what went on and he didn't care and he said he would not refund my order. I asked for my order to be refunded. Maybe a discount for the next time we came or something would've been nice for that amount of time that had to wait and the trouble it caused our family. Another assistant manager came out after I asked to speak to another manager and he did not care at all. I asked for corporate number and he said he did not have it. This gentleman's name was David, the assistant manager of Buffalo wild wings, 530. Again, they were extremely rude at the top. It all off our food was cold and unenjoyable. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. I hope someone from your corporate team follows up because this was unacceptable.

If I could give one star I would. 10% off for waiting an hour and a half for everything to come out about 20-30 minutes spread out each for 5 different orders. My parents were comped for their 2 hour wait. The waitress told me she "won't make any promises" but after waiting an hour longer we did get our 10off after. After the sass she me, she finally was apologetic but BEWARE! Also they overcharged my aunt and then had to fix it. Just a mess. Not manager in sight.

At first I thought this would be a 1 star review. The table and chairs were wet and the receipt from the last people was glued to the table. It took at least 15 minutes before someone took the receipt and they didn't even acknowledge us. Finally the server came by and cleaned up the table. She was very nice and helpful. I wish I could give a better review, but I just can't considering how long we had to wait for them to clean our table or even talk to us.

Terrible service. My boyfriend placed an order to go and it gave us over an hour pick up time. I didn’t have time to wait that long which is not the restaurants fault. If I would’ve known how long the eta was I wouldn’t have placed the order. So we went inside to cancel the order. The takeout employee told us he couldn’t help us because he was doing ranch to go containers…okay? So we had to find the manager and he wasn’t very helpful. When explaining the situation he cut us off and said we have to wait and walked away. We waited until he came back out and told him we just want a refund and to cancel the order. He said he refunded us the order and I asked for a receipt which he said he had to go get a copy and walked away. Waited about another 10 mins and still no receipt. I was annoyed how he was acting so stopped waiting and left. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund. My boyfriend and I work in the restaurant industry so we were shocked how the manager Lalo handled this situation. We’ve been dining in at this location for a while now but after this interaction with Lalo i don’t think we will be going to this location.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Dining room floor was covered in spills and food. From glancing through the doors, the kitchen floor looked even dirtier. The men’s room was one of the grossest bathrooms I’ve ever been in. Floor sticky and visibly covered in urine, REEKED with stench, and looked roughly the same as the pictures from a review from a year ago, so clearly there’s no improvement in sight. Can’t speak to the quality of food as I lost my appetite fairly quickly.

Poor service: it took very long for our order to get to our table and was wrong even so for most of our party. For example I ordered two sauces for my wings and only received 1 for the order, and all the wings for our group came out cold. Finally, we did not receive any veggies or our sampler and we were hoping to ask cause we know it can get busy but there were no servers in sight. Most of them were waiting by the bar and hanging out together.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BWW. I went on Saturday night for dinner take out mind you it was like 5 pm and the food was supposed to be ready at 5:30 so I get there at the time and the food was not ready. So I waited not a big deal. I waited OVER AN HOUR and I never received my food because I didn’t want to wait any longer while everybody else’s food that had take out was coming out. Worse BWW in orange. I would say the only good service I got was from the girl at the register who kept saying sorry for the wait but other than that everything else is horrible here. I asked for a refund and still have yet to receive that. I also asked for a receipt for it and manager didn’t give me one said it would appear 5-7 days later. Still have to wait for that because this is an expensive restaurant and I will not let my money go to waste because lack of management.

Waited 15 minutes before anyone came up to put us on a list. Waited 20 mints for drinks and an hour for food. Had to get up walk to bar to get my own refills. Had to ask bar tender for status on food. Horrible service. the food was ok. Will not go back to this location.

My friends and I arrived at around 12 30am. We were asked to wait for around 30 mins since they were low on staff compared to the number of tables. We had to wait for 30mins more after ordering as well. We ordered Thai Curry wings and garlic parmesan boneless wings. Both of them were very salty and other food was below average.

I imagine staffing could be to blame but some things there are no excuses for. We sat next to dirty tables the whole time we were there. Extremely long wait for the food to come out. But the biggest thing was the restroom, completely disgusting. Wont be returning. Food was ok but it seems like cleanliness is not a priority, we were going to leave but we were hungry.

Succinctly, they provide poor service. I have made multiple online orders here and they have either forgotten something in the order or given me someone else's order when I go to pick it up. Even when they have clearly made a mistake they try to blame it on me. Try to avoid this place as much as possible. The employees seem to hate working there and, as a result, dump that hate onto the customers. If you want to go to a Buffalo Wild Wings, I suggest going to the one at "The Block" in Orange.

DONT GO. Worst BWW Store in my life. Had to wait 30 mins to get sitted but literally alot of tables are empty. Waited 10 mins after seated to get a server to get an order. Order took 30 mins! 2 servers are there only. I dont blame the servers. I blame the management. Bathroom is dirty too!

Wait wasn't too long started off right, took over 45 minutes to get our food saw ppl that got there after us get their food before us, I was over this place i stayed only because I was hungry, i saw another review about the place being dirty and the mice coming out the building now I can see that, I thought they were exaggerating but i had to see it for myself overall I won't be coming here again

I ordered the lunch special 10 piece chicken wings and crispy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and good priced. Personally, I like the Honey Barbecue Sauce the best. 10 Piece Chicken Wings $13, Crispy Chicken Sandwich $11
