If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I was going to this clinic reg. for more than 4 yrs with a complicated medical issue that I am on disability for and one day I went in and was told my doctor was gone and they had no doctors to help me with all my medications. I have gone in multiple times and kept being told they only have visiting doctors that can't prescribe medications ththat I need and they just literally stopped helping me. I have no addiction issues ever in my life. Terrible, awful service, rude doctors, rude staff, no doctors are there. WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OF THEIR CLINICS. I have experience with the Eastside Clinic, Westside Clinic and the bridge Clinic and it has been the worst and most unprofessional of my life. The only saving grace is the lab workers. Honestly from the bottom of my heart do not waste your time or put your health in their hands. Shawna Romasanta

I want to highlight the attention of Dr. Amy Nichols, her kindness, her interest in providing the best service to patients, she has the exact diagnosis, she suggests, what is best for you, I hope she never leaves this health center, I also want to highlight the assistant Janeth Gonzales, her work is impeccable, courteous, attentive, focused on her work, always giving her best for the well-being of all patients, thank you for all your work, you are incredible professionals

They will definitely mess up your prescription medication! DR.Bonnie Davis was probably one of the only good doctors they had! She unfortunately no longer works there. I won’t ever go back to a doctors office who doesn’t care about the patients.

Staffs are nice and friendly but i can't help it but feel they are just monkeying around. They shut down from 12pm to 130pm and they will still schedule your appointment during that time and make you wait. Make sure you have plenty of time to waste. You will be waiting a long time.

I came into the clinic with a very bad infection in my foot that turned out to be cellulitis, I spoke with a Dr Steven (dont know last name) but he was extremely helpful and informative. He didnt spend a ton of time with me ecause they were busy but the time he did take with me informed me what it was and what I can expect. I would definitely go back. Thank you for your services.

Bad service and very spoiled and they attend you after an hour. They can never attend to the mere hour of your appointment and they are also always not willing to do their job. They are not friendly.

Slow as hell, told me to come in at 2 and didn't take me in till after 3. Dr. Sharma is highly irritating and continues to ask the same questions over and over. Not very professional and very pushy

I came there with my 2 kids but for myself (bladder infection). The doctor's name was Dorthy something( Asian woman). She was very cold and very unfriendly to my children. Enough for me to never come there again. Doctors need a little human touch yikes!

I received friendly service and Dr Bonnie Davis is very caring

I called about waking about with paralysis in my right arm (a serious isssue). They didn’t call back from my detailed and concise message. When I called, the soonest they could get me in was a month later. So in essence, my primary is unavailable for urgent matters. -5 stars. Probably malpractice.

Their PA-C, Jay, is incredibly attentive, caring, and truly listens. I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

It’s malpractice. I just (October 6th) got my physical therapy appointment from a visit in March; and it was for the WRONG SIDE OF MY BODY. Remember those stories about surgery on the wrong leg? They would have done that if I hadn’t caught it.

I made an appointment because I had a car accident, they treated me and referred me to a physical therapist, upon arrival they told me that they do not get involved in car accidents due to lawsuits, in the end since I made the appointment they should have indicated that from the same clinic They could not attend to a situation that I was unaware of and they did waste a lot of time due to the lack of information from those involved in my care.

Very bad experience when I took my child to an appointment you have to wait too long but if it takes you to arrive 10 minutes late you lose your appointment. Then they scheduled an appointment for me and I went according to the day it was due and they didn't attend to me because it was another day then I signed up where they told me to sign up for my appointment they never called me. If I don't ask, they have me there all day. And they didn't tell me that my appointment is another day, very bad service to the patients, those who are in reception are not friendly, very bad service. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 They never attend to you on time, very bad staff, I've already had very bad experiences, it's not the first time. Besides, the clinic is in poor condition. And the staff don't take good care of you

The workers there are the worst, I had to wait 25 minutes for a payment, they are very pushy, just talking about their lives, who cares about their private life?
