I made an appointment stating I needed a route canal right away. I get in and am told I will have to wait 1.5 months for said appointment. What was the point in having me come in today then? Simple I am a poor teacher, so screw me. And boom I feel quite screwed.

Had an appointment at 5pm for my son wasn’t seen until an hour an a half later !!!! A WASTE OF TIME dental assistant takes my son into the back comes out 5 minutes later to tell me he can’t be seen because of MINOR cough staff needs to step up there game and have more communication with parents and patients they should have mentioned this to me when I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!! Bad service very disappointed!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

You guys need to have more privacy! You could hear everything the doctors are telling the patient's in the rooms, a lot of people don't want there businesses out there You Guys should work on that...!!!

This place is very clean and the dentists are very professional and friendly. The assistants are very professional. At the reception they need to be more professional with patients and pay more attention to service. Otherwise it is a very good place.

Please notice most 1 star reviews were a year or more ago ..now for mine: About 2 hours ago I received my first ever root canal. I'm actually terrified of dentist and this fear exacerbates pain, so I was proud of myself for showing up. But my teeth are very important to me and I have been trying to get work done on this back area for over two years. With my insurance all anyone else would do was clean them, x-ray them, and send me out the door in more pain and no better condition. This dentist actually saved my tooth. And I'm not in terrible pain. She was so considerate of my comfort ❤️, her and the hygienist who said it was her 7th year working there. I never even imagined my tooth could be saved.....thank you! Thank you so much! Virtual hug!!

I cannot believe this place the worst customer service ever i have never been treated so poorly they should be closed down. No one there cares for patients just another state run clinic to get funding to line there pockets. Run the other way from these vampires!!!!

Took my kid here, having heard about the free/low cost dental clinic a few years back. The female dentist, I wish I could remember her name, was one of the most rude and condescending people I’ve ever met. I thought at first that she’s racist, we’re white. But having read all of these other reviews I see it’s more than that. She’s a nasty, bitter person for who knows what reason. So if you’re expecting any compassion or to to be able to walk in/out with any shred of dignity, this place is NOT the place. Truly one of the most dehumanizing experiences I’ve ever had (this is not hyperbole). I will never, ever go back there and I most certainly would never recommend this place to anyone. Which is exactly what I reported back to the school nurse who recommended I try it. It’s so sad to me. My mother, who was an immigrant, moved here from another country when she was 16. When my father did a runner, she took us to this places counterpart, the Westside Med Clinic for years. And they were so kind and compassionate. I hope this isn’t a reflection of their mentality, as well.

they advertise accepting new patients, but they don't. Waste of time...

I have been a patient of this Dental center for many years and I have always received the best service, although waiting for an appointment is essential, it is ideal with the time they give you an appointment, but otherwise very good, the Doctors are excellent, but unfortunately this year I had a bad experience with my husband's partial that in the first instance the top part was fine but he had problems with the bottom part, it was poorly made, we insisted and they did not want to acknowledge that there was an error on the part of the person taking the samples or the laboratory, to Costa With a lot of insistence and the man suffering with the poorly made partial, they agreed and recognized that it was poorly made and that they would make him a new one, Mr. Cadí, 3 medrs, which is not there when the new partial is ready, tomorrow, December 22, they had to deliver it to him and it turns out that they did not This appointment was canceled, it's the last straw, the patient continues to suffer with the old poorly made plate, I hope this is resolved before the end of the year, because it leaves a lot to be desired
