I LOVE Parker Clay bags and have been slowly collecting them over the years. I actually had the pleasure of hearing the story from one of the owners of their personal journey in creating this company. I recently ordered the Acacia bag and after receiving it I noticed there was a defect in the leather. I brought it into the store and met with Sofia. She was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the issue for me. Overall it was a really great experience and I would recommend these bags to anyone.

Absolutely best team of the friendliest, sweetest ladies (s/o to Hanna (who lets my pug rest on their cool floors when he overheats and is so organized on packages, ty!), Sahara, and Ava). I just recently got the Miramar backpack and I got to say it's probably my favorite item I've bought from them so far. Highly recommend! It's hard not to keep building my collection because their leather quality is superb. They also host social events from time to time, which I would love to continue going to!

Love their leather goods here. The clerk was so nice and helpful. There's a purse I have my eye on, but it's not available in the dark brown I preferred. Hopefully one day. I'll keep an eye out.

I’m giving 5 stars because their customer service is amazing. I received the Eden carryall bag today, and right out of the box it was covered in scrapes and scratches, beyond what is normal with aged leather. I sent pictures of the front and back, and within 20min they had set up a new bag shipment (with a complimentary wallet!) and a return label, no questions asked, no hassle (shoutout to Shannon, my CS angel!). You cannot beat that level of customer service :) this is truly a company who cares about their customers, and wants to ensure that everyone gets what they want from their products.

I bought two Parker Clay bags online ( I compared products here to Joanne's Magnolia Market handbags). The Mimi tan suede shoulder bag was just what I was looking for, I love it! I also bought the Miramar leather backpack. Both bags are extremely light. Both bags came a day early! Well packaged via USPS, arrived early, and included was a personal handwritten note! I love my Gucci and my YSL's but man, the Mimi shoulder bag is just so cute! It is my new fave!

I absolutely LOVE my Entoto zip tote! It can carry my laptop, water bottle, lunch, daily essentials, files, AND still look stylish! It zips closed so that when I travel it doesn’t open and my contests are safe and secure. In fact I love it so much that this Christmas I bought a second one in a different color! I use the Gigi pouches in each bag to corral the small items I need access to. My next purchase will be the Miramar backback! (hmmm which color??) Great company with a heart that makes products we need to function. Thank you Parker Clay!

I have purchased everything from the Parker Clay Rincon Backpack to their Aspen Canine collar. My two most favorite items are the Mulu Mini Catchall Pouch and the Soto Belt Bag. I have never once been disappointed with the quality of their products. The monograming adds such a classy touch. I love the gold against the rust leather. In-store purchases/monogramming have always been so pleasant with Sofia! She's extremely personable and provides such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Park Clay!!
