Great place to work. No outlets and the bathroom constantly is closed. What is the obsession in this town with controlling bathrooms and outlets?! I think some of the Starbucks owners are optimizing for making people leave especially if they have luggage which is an interesting strategy for attracting tourists.... still one of my favorite ones but so confused about the outlets disappearing and reappearing and the bathroom constantly being closed what kind of amateur hour traffic shaping strategy is this?

International coffee chain serving up delicious coffee drinks and an assortment grab-n-go food items for breakfast and lunch. Their donuts, pastries, loaf cakes aren't bad either.

This location is awful! The employees were rude and talked badly about their customers once they’ve left. Their restrooms are closed to their customers and are for employees only. I overheard an employee being rude to a pregnant customer who needed to use the restroom! No option to sit down do to there not being any chairs. Not a friendly location!

Had a long day today, so I decided to go get myself a chai latte. The staff didn’t seem rude or anything and was very quick with making my drink, although I can’t tell what’s in my cup. I found clear chunks of something that was dropped into my chai. I go to Starbucks for my chai lattes pretty frequently and never have I ever gotten a drink from there with what looks like noodle chunks. Never will I go here again. Disgusting! I had to go back and edit this a day later because that terrible looking drink turned into food poisoning! Really Starbucks?!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Rude! And no restrooms! Blonde barista was condescending and dismissive. Place was dirty. Will NEVER go there again!

Another Starbucks location that has removed its power outlets. If you are looking to get coffee on State St. go to the Starbucks on De la Guerra Street and State. It’s at the corner and has outlets on the first floor.

My boyfriend and I are visiting Santa Barbara for the first time and stopped here early this morning. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I definitely have no complaints whatsoever about this place!😊

Another nice Starbucks. I like having my beverage and watching the action on State Street. Restrooms are clean too. I found the Baristas to be very nice. Only downside was I didn't see any outlets. I guess this keeps the bums out.

Best Starbucks location to order your drink from! I get a Caramel Macchiato every morning before heading to work and it always tastes how I like it! In addition, their workers are super nice, friendly and kind, they always greet you with a smile! I highly recommend this location!!

The curly brown haired boy who made my coffee had been more occupied with flirting with the costumers then making my drink correctly, I did come towards the end of the night but it was not busy enough to justify burning the coffee that u put in my drink, forgetting the whipped cream, and then after I asked for it to be added to my drink he managed to smash the wrong lid on top of it cause ing it to spill and get all over his hands. And then proceeded to hand it to me like that. I didn’t want to bother even asking him to remake it because he clearly was not capable the first time and they were closing in 15 minutes so I left with my awful drink in hand won’t do another late night run again.

No places to sit (just bar) and closed restrooms make it "great" place to enjoy the coffee and have a rest
