My wife and I were traveling to Santa Barbara from Nashville so upon arrival we visited the Visitor Center. Wow... Did we get incredible information from each of the hosts... They gave us their undivided attention in helping us plan our trip with incredible suggestions. We stopped back by on our way out of town just to tell them what a positive difference they made in our trip. We were ready to bring both back home with us to Nashville!!! Great job...

I don't usually stop at visitor centers, but I'm glad I did at this one; the gentleman that works there is very knowledgeable and will give you tips not only for Santa Barbara but surrounding areas as well; he definitely made my stay and visit a better experience.

We stopped by here about 2 months ago and couldn't believe the friendly service that we received. We think it might have been Ruairi who talked to us and treated us as a friend. It was the business card that we received, so hopefully it was him! He gave us the best advice on restaurants to visit and even gave us his cell number in case we had any questions or needed anything. We were seriously just blown away by his friendliness talking to us even after the visitor center closed. He was such a bright spot during our visit to Santa Barbara!

The manager of the visitor's center, Ruairi, was extremely helpful about how to maximize our time with a variety of options and navigating public transportation.

A clean and organized shop with helpful employees to guide you to your best destination. Ruari is the best!

We stopped by and talked with Christina and she was amazingly helpful. We mentioned that we would love some food recs and her recs were perfect: Lark, Tre Lune, Toma, and Industrial Eats were some of the best. She also gave us excellent wine tasting recs for the Los Olivos area. We had a great experience at this visitor center .

👍👍 The experience this company provides while visiting Channel Islands NP is incredible. I cant express how much I would recommended them!
