I
came
in
with
hand-tied
extensions
from
a
previous
hairdresser
in
Arizona
and
needed
to
get
them
moved
up.
She
said
she
does
hand-tied
extensions
and
could
move
them
up
for
me
so
I
decided
to
trust
her
with
my
hair.
After
leaving
the
salon
I
had
a
normal
amount
of
tension
on
my
scalp
for
just
get
my
extensions
moved
up
but
a
few
days
had
past
and
my
extensions
did
not
feel
fully
comfortable.
Then
about
two
weeks
after
getting
them
moved
up
I
had
two
beads
fall
out
and
my
top
row
of
extensions
started
to
fall
out.
I
contacted
asking
for
a
refund
considering
I
paid
her
for
$478
for
the
service
and
she
called
me
refusing
to
refund
me
but
offered
to
have
me
come
in
and
fix
them.
I
decided
to
not
have
her
fix
them
because
of
what
happened
the
first
time
and
her
tone
of
voice
with
me
on
the
phone.
Mind
you
I
have
had
hand
tied
extensions
for
a
while
and
know
how
to
care
for
them
properly
and
take
a
lot
of
pride
in
taking
good
care
of
my
hair.
If
you
are
looking
to
have
extensions
done
and
you
live
in
Santa
Barbara
I
recommend
not
spending
money
here
and
doing
thorough
research
on
extensions
and
making
the
drive
to
LA
or
the
Valley
instead.
