I Ordered the jumbo jack with cheese combo with curly fries by the drive-thru and the curly fries was completely cold . When we want to eat some fries at least we want it warm or hot but not cold , and the worse thing is that the girl who took my order it is a shiff leader she must know that she can't served cold food.

I think the manager took my order. Seemed annoyed that I only got two tacos. Obviously irritated when I asked for the code to the bathroom. When I got my tacos, I asked for hot sauce, and he told me, "I already put hot sauce on it, we don't have any extra" It always makes me mad when an employee just makes up something to say because they don't want to be inconvenienced.

It's currently 12:30am, Tuesday and despite the fact that it says 24 hours(as you can see here), the main area is closed. Even when there's no vehicle going through the drive through they chose to pretty much lounge around and doing nothing instead of honoring the supposed "24 hours" shown in their service schedule. Waiting for an hour and a half now and It's safe to assume I'm invisible to the staff. It sucks since whenever you look for a 24 hour location, this place pops up. Turns out the whole thing is a huge lie

The seller don't know the deal Burger I ordered is not tasting good

The burger was made incorrectly. Asked for no tomato and they made it plain, no onions, no lettuce, no seasoning, nothing! It tasted horrible. Unfortunately I ordered this through the drive through, and was unable to go back to return it.

Original review dated December 2022 Ordered their chicken strips and the oil must have been old or something seriously wrong because I got sick to my stomach. ***Update*** They replied THREE MONTHS later and say they "take food safety, cleanliness and sanitation seriously." Did I mention they replied THREE MONTHS later? I think their definition of taking things seriously is different than mine (and the rest of the world).

if I could give a zero star, I would. Their service is horrendous. I got $55 worth of food and their card machine isn’t working we sat 20 minutes trying numerous cards. We even asked one of them to take Zelle since we are on a rush as we’re in the middle of the trip. They ended up taking our food away. Truly disgusted. How can a well known Fast Food joint be so unprofessional. We ended up returning the food. Never again will i come back here.

Can't beat the jack in the box Tacos ! Only issue was my drink , I purchased plain ice tea it tasted like chemicals and old coffee. I was already 5 miles away and figured I would just take it as a loss. Would have cost me $5 in gas just to get back my $2.85 .. note to self check your drinks along with your order before leaving ..

Food has been missing multiple times from my order and I don’t have time to go back because I stop before going to work I have told the website of Jack in the box and never got replies Also the last time I ate here the next day I had cold sores near my lips disgusting

It’s definitely a Jack in the box. What the food or location lacks, the employees make up for with excellent friendly service

We waited 10 minutes to have our order taken. We went to sit. When it was finally ready, our number wasn't called, and our food was left on the counter where dirty strangers were standing over it. There is a reason I don't frequent this food chain but every few years and it doesn't get any better. Won't be returning.

I love Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting and your craving will be satisfied!

These guys are the undisputed champions of being open when other restaurants call it a night. I just wish they didn't close the dine-in area at night - it makes for overcrowding at the drive-thru.

Was late at night but the person at the speaker was pretty short when they responded and came off as rude. Food could have been better and they messed up my order

Worst burger ever!!! Just stopped there for internet and that's the only thing to stop there for!

Today I went to get three milkshakes in the drive thru, the guy that took our order was rude and when he got our milkshakes I try to tell them to give me the large ones since he never ask the size, they completely ignored me, when he hand me the shakes I told him that I been trying to tell them to give me the large size no the regular, he say I said the regular, and I told him that I didn’t since he never ask me when he took my order and he didn’t let me finish, and once that I was at the window I told him the size that I wanted and he ignored me, he didn’t care about that, and he also didn’t want to change anything, that why I left and I cancel the order. Is not the first time that I have experienced bad and rude attitudes from the staff it’s a petty that the owners don’t take care of that.

Decent food. Employees were rude and untalkative. Could see the misery in their eyes. Atmosphere is dingy and dirty. Would not recommend.

Been a long time since I have gone to Jbox. Love curly fries...never feels like there are enough. Burger was good, not great. Respectable fast food and open on Turkey Day which was nice for me since we were doing a very nontraditional day!

They say that the inside is open until 9:00pm but if you go there in the evening it is never open. I have gotten to the point that I don't even check because it is a waste of time to go there.

Check your order before you leave; Pull over to side, Don't hold up the drive thru.. Open 24 hours. Can get long line at drive thru (like out the parking lot long). Get the app.

I waited 17 minutes when people came and ordered after me and got her food 9 min. Before me. My hash brown is COLD and my soda is flat. No one is friendly and the food isn't good at all.

Had been a few years for my last visit. However was talking to a coworker talked about the old tacos. I had to try it again. Went by purchased a few they was the say as I remembered. Enjoyed them so much went back and purchased one dozen (12) more wrapped them up and injoyed for a few meals.

Crawling-distance from The Bars. What more could you ask for? If you get here after 9 and the line ain't too long, you know you're in good hands. Two words: MUNCHIE MEAL.

C'mon people.. they're either using canola.. soybean like Pizza the Hut.. palm vegetable.. peanut.. grapeseed.. anything but the healthy stuff y'all..trucked in from some industrial strength size vat!

My first Jack in the Box experience in decades, taking my teen son and a few friends. Although this one location is somewhat short staffed, they were quick, and the sourdough jack was delicious! Good curly fries, too. But their parking lot and drive thru is a problem. Cars parking and cars using the drive thru were constantly blocking each other, cuz there was nowhere else to go. That's not something you can fix easily. Hopefully other Jack on the Box parking lots are better laid out.
