I
hate
posting
negative
reviews,
but
I
would
not
recommend
staying
at
this
hotel.
Not
only
do
they
falsely
advertise
available
rooms
and
amenities,
but
they
go
radio
silent
the
second
there
is
an
issue
with
your
stay.
My
family
and
I
stayed
at
the
Haley
Inn
on
July
28-29,
attracted
by
its
excellent
location
and
charming
ambiance.
However,
our
stay
was
far
from
pleasant.
We
had
chosen
the
hotel
primarily
because
we
were
promised
a
room
with
two
beds
to
accommodate
our
family.
To
our
dismay,
upon
arrival,
we
were
given
a
room
with
only
one
bed.
This
put
us
in
an
uncomfortable
and
cramped
situation,
far
from
the
relaxation
we
had
anticipated
after
a
long
day
of
travel.
We
arrived
late
and
were
told
there
were
no
other
rooms
available.
But
the
biggest
letdown
of
our
stay
was
the
malfunctioning
air
conditioning
in
our
room.
Despite
our
efforts
to
notify
the
front
desk,
it
appeared
to
be
a
known
and
recurring
issue.
The
only
remedy
provided
was
two
small
desk
fans,
which
were
far
from
sufficient,
especially
given
the
exorbitant
room
rate
of
$350,
not
to
mention
the
additional
pet
fee,
resulting
in
a
total
cost
exceeding
$450
per
night.
When
you're
staying
during
the
peak
of
summer,
a
functioning
AC
should
be
a
given
for
a
comfortable
and
enjoyable
experience.
We
were
forces
to
open
our
windows
for
the
eveing
in
hopes
it
would
cool
down
the
room,
and
since
our
room
was
closest
to
the
main
street
we
were
bombarded
with
the
street
noise
and
I
attempted
to
contact
management
no
less
than
6
times
before
posting
this
review
in
hopes
that
they
could
acknowledge
the
issues
and
work
towards
a
remedy
for
future
guests.
I
was
told
that
my
messages
we
forwarded
to
management
weeks
ago,
but
still
have
not
received
a
reply.
This
property
has
a
lot
of
potential,
but
unfortunately
they
are
not
prioritizing
their
guests
or
customer
service.
