Absolutely the most charming seaside adjacent inn. The location is a short walk from everywhere you want to be. The rooms are large and have a kitchen and all open to a lovely garden courtyard that was ideal for a breakfast/ coffee in the morning or an evening of relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The doors are all pink Dutch doors. The rooms are clean and they provide everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely love to come back here!

Quite with beautiful rooms and in easy walking distance restaurants and downtown. The proprietor was extremely friendly and gave us a detailed run down on all the area had to offer upon our arrival. He really made us feel at home.

We loved staying at the Beach House Inn! It was the perfect sized room on a beautifully landscaped property with wonderful, friendly staff and a very helpful and caring owner. The location is spectacular with a park, the beach, the pier, and neighborhood gardens nearby. We had such a nice time. It was clean, spacious, and allowed us to bring our little dog. We had a fantastic stay at The Beach House Inn over the holiday week. The location is in a quiet residential area that's close to the beach and State Street. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were just right for a casual, but comfortable stay. I felt like I was staying at my parent's house, but with way more privacy! We also love that the Inn is dog-friendly. Our dog loved snoozing in front of the fireplace at night and we enjoyed walking her through the neighborhood and looking at all the beautiful houses. We will absolutely stay here again and bring our kids. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Beach House Inn is home away from home for us! We have stayed many times and love the full kitchens, the center garden courtyard and how welcoming and kind all the team there are, as well as the other guests. Each room we have stayed at is meticulously clean, comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with all essentials. We love the location, easy walking distance to shops and beach. And, our pup is very welcomed too. Thank you, can’t wait to visit again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Beach House Inn. It's a cozy place off the main road so it's fairly quiet. We somehow scored Room 11 which is upstairs with its own balcony. The room was nice and clean and had a fireplace. Very comfortable bed. This was the only room where they kept the 50s pink tile in the bathroom but was well maintained so it looked nice. This is a pet friendly place and there wasn't any pet smells so it's cleaned well.

Stayed for one night in April and absolutely loved it. The charm is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, clean and make you feel like home away from home. The location is perfect... two blocks from the ocean, State Street and the highway but it's quiet and tranquil in the neighbourhood. The service was excellent and it has so many lovely little touches and the best part is that it's quality accommodation AND pet friendly.

We just had an amazing weekend stay at the Beach House Inn! I didn't really know what to expect from the pictures, the decor seemed a bit outdated, but it was not at all. It was modern and totally clean. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was so polite and helpful. The courtyard was such a nice, relaxing area and there is coffee fresh there every morning. Just a short little walk down to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. We can't wait to go back!

Loverly large room, A/C and well equipped kitchenette. Nice furniture well kept. Lovely indoor shared garden. Friendly and professional staff.

We just loved this quaint and charming place. Dog friendly! Nothing fancy but comfortable and plenty of personality. Great for a laidback weekend at the beach. You can walk to state st and funk zone. Walk to the beach (for humans) and a short drive to the dog beach. Wine tasting all within walking distance, great to not worry about getting a ride. Landscaping is gorgeous. Room is clean and fresh. We'll be back.
