Oddly shaped parking that seems to lack a good flow. Watch out for pedestrians. Just a funky layout for this shopping center. Solid choices for restaurants and its anchored with a Smart & Final. Would like to avoid this mess if I can.

This was the first time I shopped at S&F, and it was for my work, so I didn't get to look at many items. The prices seemed good, but inflation has thrown my sense of what good prices are off. Lots of bulk items, so folks who like stocking up on things will be pleased.

Great store and very affordable prices on merchandise. One day, we will be able to look at one another and smile and actually be able to see each other's smiles and experience once again the growing feeling of unity.

A busy crowded shopping center that is hard to navigate; hard to get in and out of. It is less attractive now that Fresco and Baja Fresh are gone..

I have been a customer of several stores within this property for several years, specifically Smart & Final. I have had no issues with any of these stores I participate with on a daily basis. Through out the entire property are near to 50 benches along the public access walkways, for potential visitors to the various stores around, to relax, meet up with others, hang out and feel comfortable while shipping/visiting, no matter your race, what you look like, or status you have in life. Well I am afraid this is becoming untrue. This morning after paying for food from SF, yesterday $150, and today $30, I sat down on one of the benches to chill, about 2 minutes later a 3rd party security officer contracted by this property came walking by, as he did so, I was my nice self as usual and said "hello sir" with a wave and smile then a "hope you day is going well". He stopped, glared at me, and demanded I go pay for something right now or leave! How rude, and I confronted him about it an why he responded the way he did, he then began to tell me to "not backtalk me" "you can't be on this property without paying for something" I told him in response, to prove that I didn't pay for something, and to leave me alone. That there are no "no loitering, customers only, nor no trespassing signs" anywhere in site. Out of all the people sitting down on these benches at the same, why did he pick me to harass, was it my tattoos or what?. I reported this to Smart and Final. They were really nice, and gave me the information needed the contact the Property Manager, and the Supervisor to Allied Forces, the security company.

Five Points is Chinese Restaurant serving Chinese and Schezwan dishes. We tried Thai Chicken Fried rice and Egg fried rice. It was really awesome and very authentic Chinese cuisines. Rate was moderate and taste was fantastic.

I always get confused in where to enter this shopping center. Otherwise, convenient bit it does not have any character. There are often people smoking outside the businesses.

Five Points is a really great shopping center. Not too big or crowded and there is just the right kind of stores and a few restaurants. There is Smart and Final for great grocery shopping and a Ross: Dress for Less that is perfect for clothes and household goods. Plus CVS Pharmacy, PetCo and my favorite, Big 5 Sporting Goods. Come to 5-Points for a great shopping experience.

Stores here are good, Mandarin Garden, Big 5, Petco. Parking lot is miserable. I suspect designed to maximize spots, difficult to navigate straight in parking and narrow access.

Alot of empty buildings . Probably a rent increase to pay for the ev chargers? Still have. Big5 and smart n final though. They need some good restaurants.

Oh I wish I wish you all were in Maryland cuz every time I come to visit California that is where I go to get my groceries to get my toiletries to get my sip on. Everything is there that I would like. I have my membership card that I got back in 2000 and my number still shows up on your computer register thingy

Love the old security guard that fought in 'Nam. The restaurants and stores have lost some of its charm since the good ol days when bockbuster and Mandarin palace were jamming.

Typical Southern California small/medium shopping center. They have a mix of retail shops and restaurants. The major stores are Ross Dress for Less, Smart and Final, CVS, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Petco. There are several fast food restaurants, a Chinese Restaurant (The Mandarin Palace) and a local cafe Fresco, Luna Grill, and a Pizza place Blaze Pizza plus a few others. Nothing special but plenty of parking and convenient location.

👍👍 Nice little strip mall. Good shopping options, anchored by Vons and Rite-Aid, plus specialty shops and local restaurants. Parking can be a challenge during peak business hours.
