I love it at Christmas season specially.It is lighted and beautiful decorated. Now it’s larger and the food court was relocated to 3rd floor. More stores and options to shopping and find everything you are looking for.

A great family friendly place to visit. A vast array of stores offering items for most needs. From clothing to luggage to restaurants. One of my favorites was Sanbourn's. A wonderful department store with a great restaurant. Very family oriented. I recommend a visit if you are in the Gslerias Monterrey.

I find it to be located relatively close to many spots on either Monterrey or San Pedro. To me, it is a good spot to go have a quick bite, watch a movie and go shopping for a few items. Tip: It has free WiFi, though I can't vouch for its security. Warning: High prices in some of their stores (mainly the clothing and electronic departments).

Everything you need in one place

It has cinépolis, cinépolis VIP, Liverpool, MacStore, Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, etc, the Plaza got a remodel in 2021 now it has a new wing and a bigger parking lot, parkinglot payment does not accept credit/debit card, hence the 4 stars.

A Basic square where you can find all the shops is quite spacious

I only went to one store in the mall but the mall appeared large and it was beautifully decorated for Xmas with a good selection of medium and upper class stores.

Very clean walkable areas, great dining options and a science exhibit that closes tomorrow.

Many stores selling various things, parking can be a problem in the afternoon. You can find some stores twice in the square.

All good, but it would be cool if they placed some types of guide maps to locate the stores faster since it is a very large square

Very big Mall, One of the first malls in Monterrey. It had several renovations.

Very modern shopping centre with everything you need.

Very big shopping center(mall) with many stores. It is very clean place. They do check for temp when coming into the mall and then again to every store you go into. It can be very busy at times, but it is a good place to go to.

Not too bad, maybe a map here and there would be very helpful, I don't visit often. I went to go find a store I saw online and had trouble finding it. The lady at the Information desk was great and helpful, she told us tight where to go :)

It's a nice place and literally you can have a fun time but they do need to regulate speed specially in front of pedestrian crossing beacuse some drivers do not slow down and they almost ran over you. They do not give you a chance to cross.

Poorly designed entrance, they charge for parking 😵‍💫 and it’s not even that great. Poorly designed ramps and elevators. If you are in a wheelchair or on crutches etc. You are gonna struggle. There are no maps to see where the stores are. Bathrooms are not nice either. However, if you are using a bus is even worse and more dangerous to access this mall. Very disappointed in this place.

Packed full of stores. Clean. Farmacia if you need one whi h is why I visited today. Convenient to hospitals and hotels. Easy street crossing using Overstreet walkways. Always feel safe walking the mile or so from hotel too when I've visited

The worst experience on a mall parking lot. You can have your ticket validated and still have issues exiting with your vehicle, do not trust if the machine says you can go. Fifth time in a row.

Has about it all, just not that cheap nor has high end brands as hermes or stuff like that. But hey dontbuy that its way to much money invested in clothes. So stay humble and go to galerias instead.

Nice mall. But the parking was so hard in there. Later did we know that there was a hidden parking all the way down..
