Silencia Madrigal (Property Manager) is very professional and energetic. She was accommodating, courteous and friendly. I appreciate her time to explain the details of the unit we are trying to rent and what other options my husband and I have to qualify for the Below Market Rate program. We enjoyed the tour and love the unit she showed us and hopefully we get it!

The staff are all very kind, responsive and helpful. When I need any maintenance issues, Will is quick to respond and resolve the issue. Maria and Bird are both friendly and quick to respond to questions/ issues. My apartment is beautiful, modern and quiet. The buildings are clean and lovely. Everything is well maintained. My guests always comment on how clean and beautiful my building is. There are activities for residents and a weekly yoga class. This helps prevent isolation, and encourages a sense of community. Santana Terrace is a nice place to live!

Really great apartments with all modern appliances. Leasing staff is really nice, especially Mr. Bird. One major concern is parking. It's really crunched for parking spaces apart from the one assigned spot per household. There are 6 guest parking spaces which are almost mostly occupied. The 3 future resident parking is available after hours 6pm to 9am for overnight parking

Best apartment we ever lived in Bay Area! Responsible maintenance team and kindly leasing office front desk made us have had a wonderful time with the community.

I stayed here briefly for a few months. It was clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, and the property lady was polite and friendly. att network is very fast.
