Portions are lacking compared to other locations. Barely any steak. Will not return again

Usual Panda Express stuff. But quantities are lesser. May be due to peak lunch time but shouldn’t matter. Orange chicken missed the orange zest. Chow mein was too bland.

I came like 9:20pm and they are about to close. The food quality is not above average. One of the staff told me they are gonna give me discount and then something went to their eyes. And then the staff who scooped me food worked as a cashier. And they gave me 10% DISCOUNT. I can’t believe it. They are so GENEROUS!

It'll do for sustenance, but it does not meet up to the standards of Panda Express that I've visited in different states across the country. Service is barely there, and the food quality is definitely below average. Like others have mentioned, the portions are very small, but other Panda Express locations in California haven't given me this "shrinkflation" portion.

On my recent visit to Panda Express on Mission College Blvd in Santa Clara, I used my coupon that I received for doing a survey on my last visit there. The coupon was for a Free Small Entree with a purchase of a 2-entree plate. Which is exactly what I bought. One of my entree items that I picked for this "free entree" was the Honey Walnut Shrimp which I think is great and like to get as a small treat sometimes. In the fine print of the coupon, it states that there is "No additional charge for premium entree". Which is why I even added on the Honey Walnut Shrimp to begin with. Upon checking out I was telling the lady at the register that I was going to use the coupon. She scanned it and assured me everything was correct. Before I walked out I reviewed the receipt and saw that I was still being charged the $1.25 for the premium item. After a lot of back and forth with the cashier and this other person she called over, I ended up being told that it doesn't work that way despite it clearly written on the coupon. This marketing of the coupon is deceitful and while the amount of money it cost me really isn't a lot, it's the principle of it that annoys me. Your team promised a gift of free small entree, but then didn't honor the fine print you yourself wrote onto it. Also their portion sizes are smaller than other Panda Expresses I've gone to.

Out of the 5-6 panda express in the south bay, this is by far the cheapest one. Their portions are really small compared to all the other ones. (If you read the last 12 reviews 2/3 of the low reviews are regarding portions. The quality is definitely below par compared to other locations. The vegetables are under cooked or over cooked, the food taste it dry. Whether or not this is franchise, it should not operate if it cannot keep up with the rest of the other panda express. I would not recommend to buy food from this location.

Always out of something! 12 minutes wait for food. They definitely could do a better job! Then they gave me the same amount for double teriyaki as the person with the single. Definitely needs better management!!!!

I think the last time I posted for this place I was Hangry. (Angry/Hungry) lol - sorry It’s really not that bad. They do always seem to get my order wrong or miss and forget items I ordered. But, on the other hand, the food is always hot, well made, and the crew is nice. ;)

They seem to give more chow main and fried rice then other Pandas. They had a good selection of different main meals. i was looking for Black Pepper but they didnt have it.

We order 3 bigger plates. Orange chicken was salty with a soy sauce flavor. Lady at counter did not replace my order when I brought it up to their attention. I feel they could of refunded me for a side order or replaced my food with another item. Very disappointing. And the ladies working there do not speak well english and very rude to speak their language in front of me. Natalie is manager other person is Mick that I spoke too. I requested my money back for 2 items of Teryaki. They finally gave me credit for 1 plate.

This doesn't make sense at all the only restaurant ask for a donation it feel like I been being harrased and obligated to buy something to eat instead of enjoying my meal. One of the chinese lady ask fo donation and have attitude I told her no thanks I already donated to a homeless person and she did not give me my change back and she walk away with an attitude. Since then I promise my self to never put a step on this panda rocket restaurant.

Had to wait in line for 25 minutes, because they keep doing GrubHub orders before waiting in-person customers. Not a great experience.

Catelyn helped my family and I for a second time. We were here also for Thanksgiving. Catelyn, Jen, Arvi, and Vanessa are extremely hard workers. They are very helpful and kind. Food tastes similar to other Panda locations, but the portion size is tiny in comparison. My broccoli and beef entree didn't even cover the noodles underneath.

Like other traditional Panda Express, but service is relatively slow.

Food was ok staff suck and slow really bad service had to wait almost 15 mins for fried rice cause the guy cooking it was to busy on his phone while the rest of my food was going cold if u have a chance DONT go here

6.9.2022 1:30PM. I ordered something online and let my mom pick it up. They didn't have all the things for my order so they let my mom wait there. But it got too long, my mom waited in the store for 30 minutes and nobody wanted to help. So my mom tried to talk to them and let me talk to them over phone to order something else. But they seemed to refuse help my mom because she doesn't speak English well or she looks Chinese. It's very disrespectful and unpleasant. Hope the manager can find out the problem.

This was never restaurant quality food but was decent for fast food. However this past couple of times I've had panda express food quality is not there at all. Everything tastes like it's been sitting for a while. Looks like they got rid of Spanish cooks not sure if that has anything to do with it. Since they hired new cooking staff food has gone down the drain.

Such friendly workers and delicious food! My first time ever eating at one of these. Wanted something healthy(ish) so I went with the grilled chicken and brown rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Zero dryness. Overall, I was worried about the saltiness being that this is fast food, but I felt like it was perfect? Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will be back!

I honestly like their food and customer service, awesome area nearby to my house. The employees are always very nice. I highly recommend this place.

As usual no Veggie Springs rolls after 9PM. not very crowded in the evening. but still staff were busy packing for doordash and other online orders and kept the people visiting physically waiting. otherwise alright.

Kung pao chicken is good, but chow Mei only has a few short tiny noodles with a lot of cabbages. Fewer quantities than last year.

How can u put one piece of shrimp and one very small piece of steak in someone's order??!!! What exactly did we pay extra for? this food was packed with broccoli. Never ordering from this place again that's for sure!

The employee in this place need to be under surveillance .Observe watch them like an eagle in the sky. There's to many mistakes they need to have some kind of meeting and that start with the management. I went here to this place 4x already in my mind 3x your out well i was here a couple days ago the cashier ask me for a donation which i normally do i told her next time and you know what . She keep the my change and walk away whats out for katma.

As a regular to Panda Express, I understand their delays and struggles as they get absolutely swamped with patrons. Something I never expected was that in the midst of the lunch rush they have to fix their stoves meaning they can't cook. At least if you know there is something awry, you can let your customers know before they order. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my order.

Good Portions have gotten smaller And I didn’t get diarrhea
