I don't know how they forget one quarter of the ingredients...but somehow I didn't get the sausage of the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. This place is just the worst. Always something wrong with the quality or quantity of the order. The only reason why they stay open is because they are now the only fast food in the parking lot of a shopping center! Just awful.

You've been the one Jack in the Box you've been to a mall I did try to $8 $8 bucket Box that came with 2 tacos tacos was horrible the Burger OK OK the French fries you got curly fries and French fries and curly fries was OK French fries was not crispy at all so no I would definitely not recommend this $8 Box stick with something like chicken and fries can't go wrong with chicken

This is my third time visiting this location and unfortunately it's losing my business. My food was cold and the hamburger bun seemed like it has been sitting out for a cool min. I asked "can I get extra onions?" Once I received my food there were light onions or no onions. Curly fries were also cold. It felt like I've been eating left overs. I thought that This Franchise had a policy of customer satisfaction but me giving this location 3 chances is enough to say I won't be returning. Some of the other Vendors and Best Buy team feel the same way. Hopefully you guys take this review seriously.

Ordered the chicken sandwich thinking it was going to be a good size sandwich.....only to be disappointed by a chicken nugget in between two buns. Looks like I ordered the vegetarian burger. Thanks Jack!!!🤦🏽‍♂️ Once again looks like I'm the Jack here...ordered the Spicy Sriracha burger and got something much different than what is advertised. 🤡🤦🏽‍♂️

The website says, "Open" 24 Hours." The window says, ''Drive Through Open 24 Hours." I arrived at 3:45 AM today. No service. There was a team member inside who came to the window and told me that they close at 3:30 AM. WHY would this location advertise that they are open 24 hours??? I made sure to check before going. At least update your website. 👎

Try the location on Soledad for better service. If you try to use a coupon at this JITB you will be questioned and made to feel you are committing a misdemeanor. Save yourself the insult. It's not like you can't drive a few miles and get the food & service you deserve from another Jack In the Box....or try Carl's.

One experience so I'll update if I visit this location again. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was rubbery. I know they microwave but this must have been compromised before that. Breakfast burrito was good and service was quick and friendly. I like Jack in the Box so I'll definitely give this spot another go with the lunch/dinner menu and update the review applicably.

I love the tacos but Jack in the Box seems to always have an issue if I order the tacos with and without sauce at the same time because I always get all with sauce or all without no matter which Jacks I go to. The new paper bags the tacos come in feel like they are dipped into the grease with the tacos because the bags are really covered on the outside. It either goes thru the thin paper or dipped into the frier to scoop the taco into the bag. Not sure.

Not open 24 hours, I’ve tried a few morning now and there lights are on and someone’s in there but no answer in the drive thru. Put up reliable hours so people can make a choice to stop before driving into town. Thanks

I tend to go here after I hit the gym so 12:30-1am. There’s usually the same woman working and she’s great. Even that late at night she is upbeat and friendly. I usually get chicken sandwiches and some tacos. I like that they don’t charge for each ranch like other places do. I gobble it up in the parking lot and leave happy every time.

I didn't know the fajita came with a plastic prize literally inside until I bit down on it,

Wife and I went here in a rush for breakfast. Tasted like reheated food. it tasted so bad we couldn’t finish and with how gross it was. The meat was super chewy, the hash brown was rock hard and burnt, the coffee tasted like day old reheated- just all around won’t go back.

Outside landscaping was nice and well kept. Inside was nice and clean. (men's bathroom also) Staff were all th and friendly. The food was quick, accurate, and delicious. Yum!

Signs all over the building saying 24 hour drive through but too many times I've pulled up and been told their closed. Guess only open when they feel like it.
