    I started training with GoTribe only 3 months ago and I can feel the difference in my mental and physical being ! I mean, I didn't even know my muscles could scream. Nevertheless, scream like a little girl! Wait! That was me! Every trainer is very supportive. Alex , Shane and Alysa are easy to work with. I would like to give a shout out to Alyssa for all her patience with me. She will work with you while pushing you to your ultimate best. I am very pleased and I will recommend GoTribe to anyone! Come join the fun!

    I have known Shane Cotter for over a year now. He is the most dedicated and excellent trainer I have ever met! Thanks to his workouts and motivation I was able to gain muscle and lose body fat %.His workouts are not “what everyone else does” he is innovative and explains why he does what he does. Lastly Shane is not only an excellent trainer but a wonder human being! Thank you Shane

    GoTribe is a small but very well-equipped gym with a friendly atmosphere and sense of community I have not experienced at the larger gyms in the SCV. When I first walked in I was expecting to be intimidated but was immediately put at ease upon meeting Karlos the owner. I tried out a small-group training class and it was amazing. The group size is kept small so that the trainer is able to assist you as needed. It was very challenging and fun at the same time. Be prepared to sweat and burn a lot of calories! I have been doing one on one training and I have seen incredible results in a fairly short amount of time. My trainer, Shane, has helped me transform my body and achieve a level of fitness I didn’t think was possible at my age. I can honestly say I am now in better shape in my 50s than I was in my 30s. I highly recommend Shane if you want a trainer who is both motivating and truly committed to helping you to achieve your fitness goals. I have experienced personal training at other gyms and what sets GoTribe apart is how they personalize the training to meet the individual client’s needs. They recognize that fitness is not one size fits all. They have an easy to use app that lets you track your sleep, stress levels, nutrition, as well as how many calories you are burning during your workout while wearing a heart monitor. Your trainer will take your measurements and there are weekly weigh ins and meetings to discuss your progress and goals. Your trainer is also available throughout the week to address any questions or concerns you have. If you want to achieve your fitness goals in a supportive, intimate environment that feels like family, GoTribe is the place.

    Joined GoTRIBE in early 2023 and I’m glad I did. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and welcoming. You’ll find that it’s smaller than most gyms, but (for me) that’s one of its best qualities. Whatever your fitness level you’ll be glad you joined. Personal trainers are available & if you go that route I very highly recommend Alex in the Santa Clarita location!

    My husband and I have been going to Go Tribe Fitness a little over a month now. We are both an older couple and have tried several gyms, and this is the first time we feel we've found the right place. Karlos the owner is very down to earth and very approachable. The minute we walked into his place we could see the pride he takes in his gym, the cleanliness and staff are top notch. Our trainer Alex is so professional, never drops the ball. Everytime we show up, there he is waiting for us with a big smile. His routines are meeting our needs and he is always pushing us to go to the next level. Alex has helped us to learn how to eat and what to eat. He is very thorough and always available to answer our questions and encourages us to stay committed and do the work.

    I am loving my experience so far. The place is impeccably clean. They have access to a trail out back. I haven’t tried classes yet but I’m considering it! My personal trainer is Shane and I am so happy. He works me really hard and celebrates my wins every week. They have an app so I can log my food, stress, sleep, and workouts that connects to a heart monitor. I never thought I’d be part of a gym like this but it has so positively impacted my life I don’t think I’ll ever leave!

    GoTribe is my best workout experience so far. I regularly attend the classes three times a week and I have already seen the results in my body shape and health in less than two months. Coaches are super friendly and professional. Coach Alex is amazing. He is helping me to reach my fitness goals and lose weight by providing me nutrition guides and keeping me motivated. I strongly recommend GoTribe.

    I highly recommend Alex as a personal trainer at GoTribe. Not only is he knowledgeable about different exercises and techniques, but he is also very supportive and encouraging throughout the workout. He also provides helpful tips and advice for nutrition and recovery. Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I have seen great result since working with him.

    I absolutely LOVE GoTribe. Personally, I am not often motivated in fitness environments. I’ve tried gym memberships, cycling classes, and other activities and I quickly loose interest or feel lost and overwhelmed. GoTribe has been a completely different experience for me. I was definitely intimidated by the cross training environment since I didn’t have much experience with gym equipment, but that fear was quickly eased by the support and diligence of the trainers. The other participants in the class are also super supportive and encouraging. It truly does feel like a “tribe”. The format of the classes is really fun and has enough variation to where you’re working different muscles and it stays exciting without feeling overwhelming. Last, but certainly not least, my favorite element of the program has to be the trainers! My trainer, Adria, has shown tremendous support and care from the moment I stepped in my first class. She is highly trained and always provides modifications for exercises when needed. I love her commitment to seeing me succeed and appreciate that she continuously checks in during the workout to make sure my form is good and I’m feeling confident with the moves. Part of the program includes weekly check ins where you are able to meet with your trainer 1 on 1 to log your progress and discuss your goals. You are encouraged to track your food and water intake, your sleep, and your heart rate during workouts. This has held me accountable for my choices outside of the gym and has really impacted my lifestyle in a positive way. I’m really excited to see where my fitness journey goes with this community.

    I’ve been active my whole life - some years more than others - and always had my go-to work out routines to get back on track. But one day those work outs weren’t working and I needed to find something new. I thought personal training would be the ticket since I really didn’t know what to do with weights and HIIT moves. I called around town to gather information and after 20 minutes of talking with Karlos at GoTribe Fitness in Valencia, I was excited to try their group classes. I’ve only taken Adria’s morning classes but the philosophy across the coaches is the same. She encourages, supports, teaches and cheers you on to learn, improve and reach your goals every day. The work outs are challenging but that’s why we’re there and the energy in the room with Adria and the other GoTribers makes the time go by quickly. Adria’s tireless support and expertise have brought me closer to my goals and have increased my “gym” confidence. I love starting my days with her.

    An amazing training center with a personalized, caring and empowering environment and people to help you reach your goals! Personally, it has been a while since I have been to the gym or working out, and I was nervous to start again. Karlos personally talks you through the different programs at GoTribe, and it was empowering to have a plan going forward. I highly recommend my personal trainer Alex who takes the time to explain the movements within the one-on-one and group sessions and truly empowers you throughout the workout to reach your goals as well as holistically with nutrition education. GoTribe Fitness and Alex helped me find my strength again, and it has been great! If you want to feel empowered in your health, take the first step here!

    I've been at GoTribe a little more than 2 months now and my experience thus far has been outstanding! My trainer Shane Cotter is an exceptional teacher and an even better individual who takes time at the beginning of each session to go over my data and then decides what the workout will look like. There's a plan and a meaning behind everything that's done unlike any other gym I've been to. I highly recommend Shane as your trainer and GoTribe as your gym. You have to put in the work! If you are consistent and dedicated and want to achieve your goal then this is the place for you and Shane is the trainer for you.

    I’ve been attending small group classes twice a week for about two months. Alex has been my trainer. It’s been challenging trying to build consistency and learn new movements, but it’s been so worth it! I’ve already seen great improvement with my strength and endurance. A personal highlight was running 400 meters without stopping. When I first started, I was unable to run 100 meters without stopping. It helps that Alex is patient in teaching me the right form and is able to modify the training plan as needed so that I don’t injure myself. I always get a good workout, and I often feel sore afterwards. I highly recommend GoTribe and Alex!

    Hands down the best private training ive ever had! My trainer Shane really keeps me motivated every time i go in. They offer a great health coaching option to keep you accountable via work out homework and nutritional tracking. They also monitor sleep and stress that helps a lot. Love using the heart rate monitors too!!!
