I definitely felt judged by the technician for having Bell's palsy where the left side of my face sags. On top of that I have hooded eyes. This was the whole reason of going in to get the dysport, to uplift my brow a little. I confirmed my service and pricing over the phone at the time of the appointment. I had to correct the lady at check-in that it was for d-sport and not Botox. Then I corrected the technician and told her that I was interested in d-sport and not Botox. The technician stated how much she like botox instead while discussing the patient service that was before me. When I went to check out I was charged a ridiculous price and I was told I was giving Botox. This is definitely unethical and breach of HIPAA.

Infinity Med Spa is absolutely beautiful, the location is easy to get to & park. The consultation I had with Dianna made me feel like I was in good hands, she is so knowledgeable & made me feel at ease with my treatment plan. The entire staff is kind & caring.

Coming here I feel spoiled and cared for. I have seen Janelle a few times for facials and each time I walk away glowing. She is very gentle and is a wealth of information-she is my skin care expert. My most recent visit left my face soft and smooth with visibly reduced lines. My skin has improved tone and texture. I can't wait for my next visit.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this med spa. The masseuse I have had a few times named Jeni is absolutely amazing. I’ve also received a few different types of facials and have been amazed by the results of their AFT photo facial. The facility is upscale, welcoming and everyone who works there is so friendly. I definitely recommend coming here to pamper yourself!

I was a walk in. The receptionist took my information. Soon after, I was taken in to talk to one of the aestheticians. While she didn’t have a “fix” for my particular skin issue, the nurse who came in was so helpful. I bought a pigment control crème before I left mostly because I would have felt guilty getting so much help without a purchase.

Best med spa in Santa Clarita hands down. The technicians are great - professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the procedures and products. You’ll never feel rushed and they will answer all your questions thoroughly. The office is beautiful and parking is a breeze!

I had a few appointments with Britney for some injectables and in my opinion she is the best!! She is a very good at determining which injectable you need and she knows exactly where to put it to enhance your own beauty. My face looked amazing! Hands down would schedule another appointment with her when I am in the area again!

The new location is beautiful. Very friendly staff. The massage was just what I needed. Was a gift from my husband. Meet with Dianna for a consult about IPL she was very informative, gave me a packet with all the information on this treatment. This will be a great treatment for my Mother’s Day. Medspa sends out mailers for specials on there many treatments.

Best place ever ! Botox outcome was amazing . Seemed to last longer then usual too . I plan to get my lip filler there soon . Amazing results and great friendly staff ! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment and woke up extremely sick the day of the appointment. I forgot about my scheduled appointment and later in the afternoon received an email and was offered another day. When I was feeling good enough to respond to the email I did. Infinity Med Spa charged my credit card $50.00 for the missed appointment. Unbelievable! I work in the healthcare industry in town and although inconvenient, when a patient must cancel at the last minute or is too sick to call, we always accommodate them and give them a chance to reschedule without a charge for the first time. I will NEVER recommend this place of business to anyone.

I saw Maci for Botox and lip filler and she was AMAZING. She took her time and my lip filler is perfect! No bruising, no bleeding, and the perfect shape to compliment my face. She is gentle with all injections and took a lot of time listening to me and offering her perspective. She is the best!

They have great and friendly customer service. Reasonable prices for massage and tables are very comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. Facility is kept clean and orderly. Have great massage therapist.
