The staff has always been friendly and the location is convenient, but I have never experienced so many mistakes as from this store. I asked for white mocha and it comes out with regular mocha, I asked for a butter croissant and got a chocolate croissant, I didn't recieve my drink after placing a mobile order because it was sitting at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Most recently, my white mocha latte did not have any espresso -- milk and syrup only. This was on my way to work, so I was long gone when I figured it out.

The staff here are vary friendly. It's not customer service they are just in general nice people. I give a high five to the guy who does the hiring. It is one of the best Starbucks out in

Good coffee, for the price per night for the rooms, I expected better food. Food was definitely not 5 star. Rooms were clean and spacious and ground were well maintained. People want to eat good food, not Denny’s quality at a 5 star hotel.

Got a coffee at 10:30am. Was supposed to have whole milk when I asked she rolled her eyes poured out maybe 1/16 of an ounce poured milk in. Then when I asked for a side of milk she poured less than 2 oz of milk for me. So passive aggressive and disrespectful. Only bad experience I have ever had at any Starbucks.

If you've ever ordered a Cascara, you know this isn't correct. Sadly, this was the 3rd attempt to get my order correct. The same happened for my London Fog drink. One day they'll get it correct, the next, it's a mystery drink!
