This is a very nice man made beach, considering there is no good beach on this island. It’s protected from the wind by the mountain on the back and sides of it. The water is clean and clear. There are restrooms, showers and changing rooms. A few bars on the beach too, where you can buy food and drinks. I don’t know about the rest of the world, but from the point of view of someone who comes from the United States, prices are good too. 6 Euros to rent 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella and less than 3 Euros for the local tap beer, which is quite good actually. We got to the island on a cruise ship and it’s a 30 min bus ride here (short walk to the bus stop). Buses are extremely nice and you can use a credit card to pay for the fare. Uber is not available on the island. If you only have one day here and are looking for a beach, this is the place to go.

Busy and a bit dirty beach with fake Dubai feel. Clothing area down right dirty. Wind a problem with sand storms. Water is easy to enter for small kids. Parking is free. Have seen better in Tenerife.

DO NOT visit this beautiful beach! Let's keep this secret paradise between ourselves. This place is ONLY recommend for people looking warm and clear water, soft and yellow sand and peace. Let's not spill the beans please! :)

This beach is just stunning. If you want to visit a beach with amazing sun, civilised people, clear blue water and is less crowded, this is your place. I've been to the beaches on the south coast of Tenerife, and they can't compare to this. A must go. ☀️🌴🌇

Best beach in Tenerife! The beach is just mere 10-15min drive from Santa Cruz. It is easily accessible and there are lot of parking spaces! There are bunch of sun-beds to rent, costing 3 euro per bed. The sun-beds are located near the refreshments bar which is great bonus. I would recommend getting a sun bed near Difrutas as there is a nice natural shade nearby from the many trees. You can just drag your bed there. Another option is to bring your own umbrella and just set camp wherever 😁 There are lots of places to get food and drinks, and plenty of public toilets as well. The sand is golden and dust like and reading through other comments it seems imported from Sahara. Since the waves are low and the depth of the ocean is low this is perfect spot for people learning to swim and small children.

Nice golden beach, with toilets and showers nearby, and also a free parking spot. The sea water is clear and beautiful, beach is big enough for many people. But the public toilets are too dirty.

Wonderful yellow sand beach. Protected by a line of rocks, it creates a peaceful and safe environment for swimming, no matter how big are the waves. Good infrastructure and great view on the mountains.

Great beach. The sand is nice and clean (no smoking on this beach), the water is calm because of the breakwater barrier and quite an underwater show if you take your time and explore it. It is pretty windy most of the time, but other than that I had a wonderfull time here. P.S. I went at the end of the beach, to the left. To the start of it, near the boats, it’s not nearly as nice or protected from the wind.

Beautiful beach definitely worth visiting. It's probably the main go-to beach for people staying in Santa Cruz. Easy to get to by taking the 910 bus.

Teresitas is THE best beach in Tenerife. The beach is man made with golden sand from the Sahara compared with a lot of the black volcanic sand beaches on the island. The tide is very mild making it perfect for swimming. To top it off, the crowd is far more classier than in the south of the island. The visit of San Andres, in which Teresitas beach is based, is a great place to eat with some superb seafood restaurants with friendly service

I would give 5 stars only for the pictures but reality is different. - The view to the sea is disturbed by passing containerships. - On windy days, you will be covered with sand on your whole body. Mouth and eyes included! At least parking is for free and the pictures might look good if you hide some distractors

Great beach, very clean, waste bins every 50 meters, changing and toilet facilities, beach bars/food, ample free parking, sun beds and tree shade. Enjoy your day there.

👍 Gran idea y proyecto pero aún sin acabar. Me pareció demasiada plataforma de cemento. Falta zonas verdes,más árboles y plantas. Cuando fuimos a pasear no estaba limpia, sino llena de papeles en el suelo!! Volveré otro dia a 🏊‍♀️ .
