Family place in the downtown, beautiful oasis

I've seen this before and it's been absolutely beautiful. At the moment, however, it is lacking the beauty it should have. I imagine this park is an attractive location for the visiting cruise ship tourists. The park itself is stunning, as ever, but the clock needs work.
