Nice,clean "park", its great for biking since its linear in shape. Many crowded events take place during the year here, including the "corso" ( preview for the 3 day carnival) Toilets are relatively clean. The big disadvantage ( in my opinion) is that its mostly concrete, so you get almost no shade from trees.

Perfect place to go for a run, ride a bicycle or to go for a walk and lot's of events can be held like marching bands like "el Corso" In carnival or to celebrate the 6th of August (Bolivia's independence day)
