Truly a 5⭐ dive bar. Tons of out door seating and the occasional band or food truck. Pizza, Chinese, and Mexican right next door.

It is what it is, a bar. A few years ago the bar changed owners and its name and changed from a place for hard drinking types to a more varied clientele. Now it js a pleasant place to stop for a drink with friends. The bartenders are first rate and won't need to look up how to make your drink on the internet. The owners are friendly folks who treat people well so ot has a good vibe.

Great bar. Nice atmosphere. Great house drinks and excellent selection of beers. Friendly bartender. Dog welcoming. Lots of outdoor seating.

Lively place. Friendly bartender. Fun decor. We tried the Boogeyman Last Word(on the sweeter side but not too much) and Buzzed Vesper. Both were delicious. No food service. Ample parking space in the backside.

Definitely a local bar. A great place to land after all the breweries close.

Fun “dive bar” with good beer selection and upscale cocktails but for the love of god PLEASE figure out your bathroom situation.

Fantastic cocktails with high end liquors. Mission West is a renovated cocktail bar in west end Santa Cruz, opened by the same local family that brought us the superlative beer destination Gourmet Haus in Redwood City. Must-see Santa Cruz cocktail destination.
