March 18-19, 2021 1 Night Stay was Good. Nice Room Comfortable and Clean..yet room dont have TV but its good. With Salah Set for hangout...Wifi is also Good...we took the Superior room good for 3 person. Budget hotel..ni CR tho the Shower is Broken but its ok. With toiletries ready..near resort that they own too..half court basketball ready and cottage on resort. Even beside gas station own by them too..also some store offer delicacy of them Batil Patong Pansit. Nice staff very accommodating, they can cook if you order, also water dispenser on lobby. Beranda to see the place...near also the Ballesteros Park and Beach. Wide parking in front and back. Near some globe and smart cell site. Even GCQ, they are Operating and ready to entertain guest. Beautifully built, clean hotel that is not being maintained. My bathroom door was broken and off its hinges, shower head had no bracket, towel rack broken. Even in a bucketing rainstorm, with no other guests in the hotel, no rainy season discount. No soap or TP. Batteries in tv remote were dead. Large swimming pool and lounge area. Screaming children. If you're over 5' tall, mind your head on the way up the stairs from the lobby.

Elegant rooms. Nice ambiance, with nice hall and swimming pool. There is also Cafe' and boutique.

This place is a gem. We needed to stay overnight on a peak season and lucky for us, a family suite is available. Love the the pool and how warm the water is. Looks like heated water. Anyhow, kids jumped in excitement when they learned they have this amenity and sure enough, the night swimming is on the books for a memorable summer vacation. Tip: Franks Burger is right across the street perfect for late evening or early morning fast food cravings.

Late arrival - Noone at the Front Desk. (9pm) Great bed, cold water (no warm water) shower head broken, had to use a tabo. (Water scoop) there is a huge pool at the back. Very common breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary. 3/5 stars.

Need improvement other appliances have defects especially on shower heater.

The place is homy and cheap, they don't provide free soap and shampoo like other stays.

Run-down motel. They provide only 1 towel in the room with edges ripped like a floor rug. Dirty walls, bathroom faucet continuously leaking loudly throughout the night. Moulds in the bathroom, poorly maintained. I suppose it is what you get from small town that stood still with little progress over the years.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, STAFFS ARE UNFRIENDLY, UN COOPERATIVE , THE ROOM6ARE DIRTY, BATHROOM FAUCETS ARE CORRODED, BUCKETS IN BATHROOMS ARE VERY OLD READT TO FALL APART, DIRTY LINENS.... THEY WILL TELL YOU TO FIND ANOTHER PLZCE TO STAY IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINS..
