The best meal we’ve had in Costa Rica! Everything was fresh, imaginative, and beautifully executed, at a very fair price. Our filet if salmon was cooked perfectly and obviously fresh, with a starfruit topping on top of creamy heart of palms. Along with that, a cordon bleu that reminded everyone just how good that can be. Even the deceptively simple club sandwich was fantastic. Homemade bread, perfectly cooked egg, and perfectly ripe avocado. It’s a small, personal operation with care paid to detail. They gave us and complementary taster, a fantastic pozole, as well as unreal fig ice cream. Seriously: this is as good as it gets.
