Alyssa's
training
leaves
you
feeling
more
confident
and
skilled
in
fitness.
I've
worked
with
her
for
over
a
year
now,
and
I
feel
in
tune
with
my
body
in
a
way
that
allows
me
to
determine
what
moves
I
need
to
work
on
in
order
to
achieve
my
goals.
Before
Alyssa,
I've
had
many
trainers
along
with
many
accumulated
injuries
and
fears
of
injury
in
fitness.
With
no
progress
with
those
trainers,
I
felt
hopeless.
Alyssa
addresses
the
emotional
side
of
fitness
from
the
pressures
of
it:
the
need
to
look/eat/workout
a
certain
way
in
order
to
"do
it
right".
She
also
helped
with
understanding
what
muscles
should
be
working
in
a
movement
and
what
it
feels
like
to
use
it
versus
it
hurting.
I've
gained
confidence
that
I'm
not
further
injuring
myself.
I
love
that
I've
gained
a
more
fine
tuned
awareness
of
my
body
and
the
mindset
that
allows
fitness
to
be
fun
and
freeing
as
I
age.
I
look
forward
to
the
gym
now
and
see
how
fitness
allows
me
to
to
the
activities
I
want
to
be
able
to
do.
