1st time in this franchise joint. Clean, fresh Asian fast food in decent quantity so will fill u up. Average price ~$12 w/out drink, ~$15 w/ drink. Friendly cashier. Will come again when I want to eat rice.

I went with the Island for chicken. Mann! I have done it before but usually with the BBQ combination. It was amazing stand alone. In true Hawaiian style though add yourself some pineapple as a treat your taste buds will thank you for it. Whole your add it include an extra Mac side

I’ve never had true “Hawaiian” food so I can’t compare it. But I do make it a point to eat food on a regular basis. I thought the food was good. The chicken that I had was prepared well and the flavor was excellent. The macaroni salad that came with it was great. I’m sure I will be back for another lunch some time soon.

Ordered the white fish meal through delivery service from the Sante Fe Springs location. Though the delivery time was off, my food was still hot and did not appear to have been sitting in the container for an extended period of time. The white fish was not greasy and there was plenty of sauce for my meal. This was a sufficient size portion so we ordered extra size of macaroni salad and just shared the fish. The fish also sits on a bed of cabbage for those who enjoy cabbage.

Ordered a fish salad for dining in. 20 min waiting for my order. Everyone coming and leaving with theirs but me. Sorry that’s not ok. I got a full refund though.

We will never be ordering catering from here ever again !!!! We had ordered a large amount of food for a family gathering to be picked up two days after we had placed the order. We were shocked to find them calling us back mere hours before we were scheduled to pick up the order, to tell us that they were not able to process the payment. We were left stranded without food for this event and had to scramble before the party was to begin. They also insisted that, while it was visible on our bank statement, that we should still pay them for the food again when we arrived to pick up the food. HORRIBLE service and HORRIBLE planning !!!

Very rude cashier she was mad because i asked her questions about the menu when i asked to speak to her manager she said he didnt speak English and i said its ok i speak Spanish then i asked for her corporate number she said she didnt know it.i told her i ve worked customer service and she didn't have to have to get rude with me because im asking her if they have ribs and when i requested broccoli on my plate they said they cant give me any .when i have gone to other ono Hawaiian before and they gave me Broccoli....there very rude here dont waste your hard earned money with these rude cashier. If yiu cant work customer service dont do it then .

This location is horrible the mac salad was horrible it had a chemical taste it was so bad that I had to throw the large side order away which was a waste of $10 I also had to throw the mac that came with the #45 order away because it taste bad and idk what kind of shredded meat they gave me but it taste burnt. Horrible customer service everyone acts like they hate it there and the customers are bothering them. its a bad feeling being inside this place feeling unwanted after ordering while waiting for your food. I'll pass on their food if I have to deal with that type of negative energy because it shows in the quality of the food they don't care about the quality.

Lady literary gets your order wrong then spends 20 min talking to her cashier friend. Plus wipes your order box with a dirty rag. Definitely will be calling the health department.

They burn the meats and this isn't the first time.

Ono is generally okay. The biggest problem here is getting your order correct. Most of the time they give you the right food, but they have forgotten about modifications and sides before.

I’ve been to other locations but thought I’d try this one just to see how it was. I had the Kailua pork with cabbage and usual sides. To my surprise I found a few pieces of broccoli under the cabbage which was great!

Food is good however they didn’t send any sauces!! Who wants dry chicken katsu?! The restaurant leaves no options to add notes or special instructions through door dash at the very least you’d expect some sauces + hot sauce for approx $15 a plate. Even flame broiler automatically sends you sauces! Disappointed.

Second time my chicken isn’t cooked well. Once I gave the benefit of the doubt but twice is definitely the cooks. So I will be going to the one at the quad

I ate here on 9/7 and had the WORST experience ever at a restaurant in my entire life. I had ordered a Spam & Eggs and requested them to cook my eggs Sunny Side Up, but they over cooked it and denied doing so, and also refused to redo it. The manager there, name Charisma was really rude, unapologetic and also very confrontational over the matter, so I had to file a complaint with their corporate office to get a refund, since she couldn’t even resolve this simple matter that turned quite ugly. She seriously needs some education on common courtesy. I’m certainly not going back again.

Ordered the island fire chicken was amazing to say the least. Would recommend to anybody.
