The selection is stunning but when my sisters and I entered, a gentleman working the gallery audibly said to a coworker that they should start charging for people to enter the space. I had suggested to my family that we come, due to the beautiful collection. It was incredibly disappointing. Beautiful to go to see a wonderful selection of Charles Loloma bracelets and museum quality rugs, but none of the group I arrived with could shake the experience of that. Someone offered to put a box of pieces I had purchased at a different shop, in the office to keep safe while my family browsed, but the same individual who made the comment earlier intervened and placed it awkwardly on a bench next to where I had been standing, in the front gallery entrance and constantly reminded me that it was there. The rest of the people managing the space were helpful and present, and the woman helping my mother with her purchase was very friendly. I think it’s just a subjective experience, so if you’re queer or brown or young, you might have a weird time depending on who’s there.

What an amazing gallery of Navajo rugs, jewelry and accessories. The depth of their inventory, the displays and most of all the superior quality make this a "must" stop for anyone interested in seeing the best examples of fine vintage Navajo weavings, silver work and jewelry.

One of the finest galleries in the Santa Fe plaza! Turquoise jewelry, belt buckles, gorgeous blankets and linen, and woven baskets. Follow them on instagram to see what new things they’re curating, and definitely stop by! Usually closes around 5pm, but they update their hours on their instagram.

I have followed Shiprock on Facebook for years and finally had the opportunity to visit Santa Fe this month. Shiprock was at the top of my must see list and it did not disappoint. We were buzzed in to the store on the second level and had the chance to look at the great pieces they had to offer. The Shiprock curations are incredible. The best in Santa Fe IMHO.

Beautiful products. Why would anyone shop elsewhere. Stylish and chic. Enjoyed the website. Glad it popped up.

I purchased a beautiful squash blossom for my daughter here several years ago. I also had a friend find me a gorgeous turquoise ring here last year, and in fact I’m wearing it right now! I always know that I can trust that the quality and workmanship will be perfect at Shiprock!

The very knowledgeable sales staff contribute to a great buying experience. The vintage to antique items sold here are not only a joy to see but they can actually be purchased unlike the museum. Thank you for all the hospitality everytime I enter your business.

Shiprock Gallery is an top notch, historical representation of Native American art of large and small proportions. Meaning there are the highest collector displays, of paintings, sculpture, pottery, jewelry and all being vintage and very high standard of collections. For those discerning collectors or of a curious mind, or both and more. It is very inconspicuous at The NE corner of the mall and it is located UPSTAIRS. It will not disappoint. Enjoy!

Paul was amazing help regarding the history and stories of the rugs. We ended up purchasing two, knowing enough to do more research. This is a great store. They're all very patient and knowledgeable

For exquisite Southwestern Native Artforms of every description imaginable, this is our premier gallery here in Santa Fe. The climb up the stairs is part of the adventure. Or you can call for the elevator if that would be more comfortable. You'll always receive a warm welcome there.
