I was a patient/client at the Pacheco office. Everything was great in the beginning, I received excellent services from Dr. Carmona when she was there and now from Dr. Vise. However, I got billed $100 on an invoice they emailed me. They said I hadn't paid for a service back in 2021. They said it was for a consultation with Dr. Vise, and the thing is, I only started seeing her in 2022. The pdf invoice stated that $20 was due, but the email said I owed $100. I have called their office, and the person there told me to contact billing. I have emailed and called their number (who no one answers) and till now I have not received a response. I am forced to pay $100 because that is what I now owe them without an explanation. I have always asked before leaving their office if anything was due at that moment, I have always paid for my copay when needed, but this unexplained amount just showed up without explanation. I do not recommend.

I love this place. Both locations are beautiful. There's a great selection of services and practitioners. I prefer some practitioners over others, so it's worth trying different practitioners when you visit. I'm lucky that my insurance allows me to do back to back acupuncture and massage. Whenever I schedule back to back, I spend a couple of days anticipating two full hours of relaxation. Brandon, the owner, has done a wonderful job of maintaining a comfortable, clean, relaxing environment.

Love this place! The therapists have been consistently good (I've seen at least 5-6 over time), the place is clearly well organized and operated (ease of booking appointments, reminders via email, text and phone), and the setting is lovely with easy parking. They accept insurance. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Dr Leah for acupuncture for a few years now. She has helped me with everything from mood to childbirth to digestion. I can't recommend her acupuncture treatments and Mountain Spirit enough. The environment is calm and inviting and they offer therapeutic massage which some insurances will help pay for. The front desk staff is really nice and answered all the "dumb" questions I had when I first started going, i.e. Do I tip? Where do I undress? Is there a bathroom? (Answers: Yes; In the private room while the practitioner steps out; And yes.)

I experienced some confusion around my first visit. Dawn, the manager, quickly followed up with me and made things right. She was very thorough, professional, and friendly. The newer downtown location is very nice.

Leah is an awesome accupunturist. Staff is very friendly. Great results always leave 100% better when I leave

I understand that the office is short staffed and everyone is working above and beyond. However, to have a PCP leave the practice months ago and not be informed of this is very poor patient care. FYI Jessica Lujan no longer works with this practice.

The massage therapy at Mountain Spirit is the best in town. Always concerned for my body's welfare and Kayla is an amazing therapist!

I’d been suffering from a really terrible sprained ankle for months and finally went in for acupuncture treatment. After 4 sessions I feel great and they staff have been super helpful. Love this place.

Went on an interview here 3 years ago. Didn't get the job but it seemed like a cool place to work ie cool, spacious, brightly lit contemporary office space and seemingly friendly staff. I think the location is beautiful. Haven't tried their services though. Don't live in the area anymore so I can't comment on much.

First, the massage therapists I have experienced have been wonderful, top notch. However, not unlike other places in Santa Fe, some individuals native to this beautiful place, are strangley unhelpful; I have experienced this with the front office personal. There is also a consistency problem with sudden cancellations and inaccurate information depending on whom is talking. These issues could be fixed with good management but unfortuantely that is alo lacking.

Dr. Lobe is a very personable person! It was a pleasure meeting him.

The billing department is absolutely horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. They will send you a surprise bill after months later that are not cheap. I do not recommend this place.

Best acupuncture and massage in Santa Fe. Dr. Taylor is truly one of the best. Highly recommended!!!
