Update:
The
billing
issues
were
finally
resolved,
and
I’m
appreciative
that
management
acknowledged
my
concerns.
The
main
reasons
I
canceled
my
membership
were
insufficient
physical
space
in
which
to
do
floor
exercises
and
a
strict
class
cancellation
policy.
The
class
cancellation
policy
is
strict
among
all
OTF
locations
I’ve
been
to
but
it’s
still
annoying
when
things
come
up
last
minute.
Otherwise,
the
floor
workout
space
is
just
too
small
for
a
full
class.
Realistically,
the
studio
needs
more
space.
I
didn’t
enjoy
bumping
into
others
or
waiting
for
those
next
to
me
to
finish
the
TRX
straps
so
I
can
then
do
my
workout.
Update:
Front
desk
said
they
will
refund
the
erroneous
charge.
I’ll
wait
to
see
if
I’m
charged
again
next
month
before
I
edit
the
review
based
on
my
other
experiences
at
this
studio.
I
canceled
my
membership
several
months
ago
and
am
still
being
charged
every
month
like
clockwork
for
an
old
membership
at
a
now
higher
rate.
I
signed
all
the
necessary
paperwork
at
the
front
desk
in-person
well
ahead
of
time.
I’ve
spoken
to
the
ladies
at
the
front
desk
about
this
issue
multiple
times.
Fix
your
billing
system!
Otherwise,
OTF-Santa
Fe
is
engaging
is
some
scammy
billing
practices.

disappointed.
