I used to really love this place and my workouts here, but now... No one at the gym responds to inquiries. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for over a month. I’ve visited in person and I was told I needed to email the owner. I’ve done so and never heard back. I’m trying to cancel my membership because the gym has been cut in half. The size and function are not the same as when I signed up. They closed off half of their rental space including two restrooms and now it’s impossible to find any space to work out. There used to be a group fitness room which now is gone - the place is too small that you have to fight for space. The gym is filthy- there are ants and grime all over the bathrooms, always hair and the toilets are quite unclean. I don’t know when the gym is cleaned but it needs attention. They claim they have tanning but the tanning bed is so old that the top has no hydraulic left and violently closes. It’s extremely dangerous and I asked management to fix this but they never did. Someone could get very hurt. I myself was hit in the head and had to leave for the day. Nice people workout here and everyone I’ve spoken to feels the same - the place needs help and management is nonresponsive. I’m very disappointed.

Update: I have been coming to this Anytime Fitness for a year, and I have noticed that the new owners have done a decent job of trying to clean up the facility. They have tried to improve the gym's overall appearance and atmosphere. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. One issue I've encountered is that no hand towels are typically available to dry your hands after washing them. Some weeks there are, and other weeks there are not. Additionally, most cable machines have been broken and "on order" for over a year and a half. I imagine ordering the little cables needed to fix the machines until the "new ones" come in is pretty simple. I found some on Amazon and other stores for as little as $22 and can be delivered in a few weeks.  These broken machines are scattered around the gym. Frayed cables, one treadmill has half a belt to walk on, broken floor power outlets scattered throughout the walking area, dumbbells destroyed, and they probably have not cleaned up what appears to be a dead bird in the gym in a year. A few of us have raised concerns about the hazards to older gym members, but they appear to continue to go unheard.  Due to the broken machines, during busy times, you can plan on waiting in line to use one of the only few machines available. While Anytime Fitness has most of the equipment you need for a regular workout, you may want to look elsewhere if you are looking for a better facility with more updated equipment and amenities.

Pretty bad gym. On June 23 I tried addressing some of these issues listed below to the owner Isaac Montoya for him to respond very rudely by saying “it’s not like we’re not doing anything about it” and that’s when another employee stepped in to speak to me. I was not rude in anyway to be spoken to that way. The only thing that’s improved is the restrooms get cleaned more often. They don’t have their priorities together, the air conditioning is broken, it won’t be fixed for another month & half & just being there makes me sick from how hot it is & can hardly get a workout. One of the showers has been broken for almost 6 months & another doesn’t have any hot water. They removed the studio where I and a lot of people had a chance to do jump rope and other activities. There’s been a box near one of the entrances which is a huge hazard. Has potential.

To start it of they have bad management they over charged me and every time I call they ignored me and the voicemail I leave them, and yes I have tried going during working hours but everything time I go no one is at the office. i wouldn’t recommend going to this gym Im just waiting for my contract to end so I can leave and head to a better gym also the ac still doesn’t work.oh yeah some of the machines have been broken for some time now wonder if they will ever fix that

Was here from out of town and decided to go to this location. It would be a good gym if it wasn’t for the ridiculous temperature inside the building. How do they think it’s okay to be operating a business like that. Ridiculous

Toilets dont work, water fountain is broken. No a/c or any type of ventilation. This place is pretty much a dump but the gym equipment is okay.

Probably one of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to. This gym is always filthy. especially the restrooms, they smell really bad and the toilets are always splattered with feces. Some machines have been broken for almost a year with “parts on order”. This is ridiculous, this gym needs lots of improvement.

I've called 3 times, come by in person twice, and emailed once all during "staffed hours" on a Wednesday morning. I can't find my fob, trying to get in just to check lost and found before I pay for a replacement fob, and can't get any staff in any manner of contact method. Hopefully this review gets someone's attention so I can actually get some assistance.

Better than the other on airport, but holy cow they need to light a fire under themselves. 1/4 of all the machines have been broken, out of order, and need to be worked on for what seems like years. Dumbbells are falling apart, most of the cables on the cable machines are frayed or broken, never any paper towels or soap in the bathrooms. Vending machines haven’t worked in months. They take out extra money out my bank account every few months for “machine repairs and improvements” but very seldom see a machine repaired. I love you guys, I’ve been coming here for years, but I’ve never seen it this bad.

It’s a decent gym but the equipment is dated and management doesn’t seem to fix any problems. There’s a hand dryer in on of the bathrooms that hasn’t worked in at least 3 months, I don’t know when the tanning bed was last operational, and the doors to one of the bathrooms doesn’t even close. Cable machines have been labeled as broken for months with a promise of new equipment. A few things showed up recently, but not enough to replace the broken equipment that litters the floor space. It could be a great gym if management cared.

Dirty, nobody picks up after themselves or follows any of the rules. The owners don’t seem to care. Lots of people standing in the way socializing. Update. First time coming in a month or so. No change. Broken equipment everywhere, weights not put away, dirty. Not sure if the ac works yet, it’s cool at night. The rain the attached Photos have been broken for over a month or 2….fix it🤷🏼‍♂️

Very nice and clean gym. Staff is very helpful and attentive especially The manager Alexis who was very nice and provided the best customer service I have ever had. 100% recommend checking out this location

Steven and Lexi were absolutely amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and so professional when i went in a few dayz ago to check out new gym! Informed me about awesome insurance plans they offer and personal training as well! Can’t wait to go back! These two are make this gym worth coming 2!

I’m really thankful that I utilized the seven day free trial to see if my health insurance will pay for part of the membership. I went there once and will never go back. This. Jim is straight out of a Third World country. All the machines are dirty there’s no way to wipe down after you work out for all the sanitizer wipes stations are empty, the floor is filthy. I went to use the restroom before leaving and there’s diarrhea sprayed everywhere.

This gym is filthy. Bathrooms need to be gutted and completely replaced. In its present state, it is an embarrassment to the franchise.

Do not join this gym if you plan on ever leaving it. They will not answer your calls or emails when you try to cancel the membership. There is no way of getting ahold of anyone.

I went as a guest, sadly the price to be a guest went up since the last time I was there which was odd because the facility got smaller. Since there was plenty of equipment and space to workout I'd still say it's worth it. Very clean and inviting gym!

Anytime Fitness Management and staff are always exceptionally professional, welcoming and efficient. The facilities and equipment are always in good working order and wait times for using equipment are always just in time and rarely is there a wait. Thank You Anytime Fitness for always making it a great and positive environment for Fitness and Fun!!

I love anytimefitnesssf! They have the most wonderful trainers and everything is kept very clean.
