I'm just about finished with my sessions with Dr. Bobby Sanchez, and he's not your run-of-the-mill chiropractor who just cracks your back and sends you on your way. He integrates advanced techniques which have been pivotal for me to get back on track with my training goals. What sets Dr. Sanchez apart is his holistic approach. He doesn't just treat the symptoms but understands and addresses the root cause of things. If you're in pain and looking for someone who can offer more than just a temporary fix, Dr. Bobby Sanchez should be at the top of your list. Don't hesitate to reach out to him; your body will thank you!

I went to see Bobby with a shoulder injury that was preventing me from working out. Within one treatment, I had such a reduction in pain that was able to start training again. Over the following six weeks, he taught me how to strengthen the area, gave me tools and exercises that I have easily integrated into my training program and 2 months later - I feel stronger than ever!! Thank you Bobby - you gave me knowledge, and that is everything.

Dr. Bobby Sanchez of Body in Motion Sports Rehab is nothing short of a miracle worker. As an avid mountain biker, I've encountered my fair share of injuries – a sprained ankle and strained ribs/diaphragm being the most severe. It was during these moments of vulnerability that I had the privilege to be under Dr. Sanchez's expert care. From the get-go, his comprehensive knowledge in sports medicine was evident. But it was more than just his certifications and accolades that impressed me – it was his genuine concern for my well-being and his unwavering commitment to getting me back on the trails. Each visit was a perfect blend of professionalism and personalized care, a testament to his dedication to his craft and his patients. His innovative and effective treatments coupled with his insightful guidance not only accelerated my recovery but also equipped me with the knowledge to prevent future injuries. Under his care, what seemed like insurmountable injuries became mere hurdles, easily overcome with his expertise. In the world of sports medicine, Dr. Sanchez stands out not just for his skills but for his heart. If you're looking for a physician who brings excellence, empathy, and encouragement to every session, look no further than Body in Motion Sports Rehab. Thanks to Dr. Sanchez, I'm not just healed; I'm better, stronger, and more resilient than before.

Dr. Bobby Sanchez is truly a miracle worker! He is dedicated to each clients needs and put every effort into improving pretty much any issue a client may have. He has help me improve my shoulder mobility through both rehab and showing me what I needed to be doing on my own time in the gym to keep improving and maintaining healthy joints thank you Dr. Bobby for getting me in the right path to sustaining a strong and healthy body

I would recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone! I came to him with some bad neck pain, and I was pretty desperate for relief. Dr. Sanchez helped release my headaches without manual chiropractic manipulation and gave me lots of exercises to start strengthening at home. Since then, he has helped me a lot to learn about which areas of my body I overuse and what needs additional strengthening and why my pain is the way it is. He provides chiropractor/ active release therapy, physical therapy, and personal training support all in one. I really appreciate that he is giving me the tools to manage pain and get stronger on my own. His program is well worth the investment for long term pain management and strength.

I saw Dr. Sanchez last winter for a high hamstring issue that flared up after a hilly trail race. His treatment plan was focused and effective. The home exercises allowed me to keep getting stronger even after I stopped seeing him. I recovered quickly and well without having to take a prolonged break from training. 10/10 recommend!

I saw Dr. Sanchez for a painful knee that has previously been injured, and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem as weak hamstrings and a poor range of motion. After one session of massage, I was already feeling better and after adopting the Active Release Exercises that he taught me, I feel ready to hike again. Dr. Sanchez is a good listener, kind, and he knows his stuff!

I injured my shoulder hiking, causing a partially torn rotator cuff and nerve damage. As an avid rock climber, I was left depressed and unable to climb for months. After I got tired of the long waits for PT and dr appointments in the Santa Fe area I sought out Bobby. We’ve been working together over several sessions and I’ve learned a lot about mobility and joint activation, and best of all, I’m finally back to climbing again. I wish I’d sought him out sooner instead of sitting around injured for over 3 months waiting on a PT appointment. I also developed some calf issues while seeing him, as I was also training for an ultramarathon-the calf issues have been really threatening to sideline me from my race but Bobby has helped me with mobility in my feet/ankles/knees/hips, as well as dry needling and ART in my calves. I’m starting to have some pain free runs so I’m real happy about that. As a very active person I’m super glad Bobby is here in town in case I injure myself again, ha. I definitely recommend Bobby if you are seeking out chiropractic care!!

I started seeing Dr. Sanchez for lower back pain that was preventing me from running or doing any major lifts at the gym. I was looking for someone who could help with ongoing solutions in everyday life beyond spinal adjustments in the office - Now just a few weeks later my back pain is virtually gone and I feel stronger during all types of physical activity. The at-home exercises and stretches he prescribed are ones I would’ve never found on my own and they’ve helped so much.

Can't say enough good things about working with Dr. Bobby. I came to him with some lower back pain that was preventing me from lifting heavier at the gym. Within a month, my back pain was gone, and my squats have improved! I also had some knee pain from an old injury that was preventing me from longer distance runs. After working on my knees and teaching me new exercises to strengthen them, I'm steadily building my weekly mileage back up again without pain. Really appreciate the variety of at-home exercises and stretches he teaches you for overall better range of motion. His knowledge and expertise is great for anyone looking for relief from an injury, or just seeking preventative care.

I avoided going to a chiropractor for 30+ years because I assumed the only method of treatment was bone cracking. Dr. Sanchez has a deep understanding of the body and how to effectively treat injuries and performance issues for all types of athletes. I went in on the advice of a massage therapist for my neck and Dr. Sanchez addressed lingering issues in my shoulder from a 2+ year old injury at the same time. In addition to stretches and adjustments, he provides a complete set of video instructions for maintaining mobility at home - effectively strengthening your body between sessions. 10/10 would recommend.

Almost one year ago, i met Dr. Sanchez because of an injury to my knee while i was traveling. The meniscus was torn and it was difficult to walk and very painful. After frantically calling and e-mailing, Dr. Bobby met me at his office on a Saturday morning. To my surprise, he was very current on newest procedures in chiropractic therapy and began to help immediately. Not only does he apply compression therapy, but acupuncture, deep tissue massage, shiatsu, therapeutic exercise, and current on nutrition. Most importantly, he has the ability to produce a calm and his hands are very healing which is not so common. His knowledge, attention and care are Highly recommended.

Working with Dr. Bobby has been enjoyable and beneficial! He has helped me improve my squat form and overall body dynamics to make my workouts more satisfying and sustainable. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a variety of healing modalities and methods to employ beyond traditional chiropractic adjustments. I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with injury or pain who is hoping to experience relief while making longer term adjustments to avoid future issues.

I saw Dr. Sanchez regularly for about a year for issues with lower back pain (as well as sports related injuries that flared up every now and then), and I found our sessions to be quite useful and effective in providing me with both short-term relief as well as practices to implement long-term. It’s definitely worth going in for an assessment and seeing if regular visits will be useful to you.

Thanks to Dr Sanchez, I have postponed knee replacement indefinitely! I am 65 years old, very active, and out of cartilage in my right knee, with the left not far behind. Through his recommendations and guidance to strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around my knees, I was able to cancel my upcoming surgery. Sounds simple enough, and, something often overlooked in the health care profession. Dr Sanchez has also been very helpful in relieving other chronic aches in pains in my neck, back and feet, while working with me on a series of strengthening exercises.

I leave my sessions with Dr. Bobby Sanchez feeling looser and more mobile than when I entered his office. He also gives me exercises that I can do on my own that help keep me feeling more flexible and that help relieve any tightness that shows up in between sessions. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Sanchez has been incredibly helpful with annoying hip pain I've had for years. I finally decided to work with a professional and I'm so glad I did! Bobby has been so helpful with a combination of treatments and exercises I can do at home. It's only been a couple of months and I already feel so much better. Highly recommend Bobby for any of your aches and pains!

Prior to seeing Bobby I had been dealing with chronic ankle pain, which was starting to impact my day-to-day activities. After about one month of working together, my ankle pain significantly decreased, and I was finding improved mobility throughout my body. I was able to continue my workouts throughout treatment, which has been great. Overall this has been the best PT experience I've had.

I have several long term injuries that other doctors have treated with little result. Dr.Sanchez's work has offered such blessed relief, I can walk again without constant pain and the exercises he prescribed have truly helped me feel more aligned and able to move freely. Highly recommend going to see him!

It doesn't get any better and he's worth every penny. I started going to Dr. Sanchez when we moved to Santa Fe last year and I was suffering from a variety of aches and discomfort. This was my first time trying A.R.T. and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Sanchez is highly experienced in the practice, but I believe what sets him apart is his incorporation of chiropractic, modality exercises, and the continued education and recommendations he provides. After just a few weeks I noticed major improvements in flexibility and had reduced aches and inflamation. If I could afford to move his practice to where we are moving next I would! THANK YOU Dr. Sanchez!!

I came to Dr. Sanchez with a lower back injury in October of 2021 and thanks to his innovative methods I was able to not only heal my lower back, but learn how to strengthen different parts of my body in order to prevent further injury. I’ve also been able to work on increasing my mobility which has lead to stronger crossfit workouts for me! I am able to load more weight without fear of improper form because I’m focused on my body moving correctly. It’s been a pleasure to work with Dr. Bobby and I appreciate that I always learn something new each visit.
