Does TARGET really care anymore? We went shopping at our only Target store in town and saw that they had zero cashiers at 9:30 am to which we asked why? A front desk manager (or assistant) was asked where all the cashiers were at? Her answer was that "no one wanted to work that early" to which is I told her," I seriously doubt that is a fact or a true statement." I asked her again and then she replied, "no one wanted to work anymore?!" This is a blatant lie and she knows that, shame on the company. Upon further investigation we found out from a couple of workers that Target has drastically cut employee hours shortly after raising the hourly wage to $15.00 per hour. May I remind you guys that Target net worth as of June 14, 2022 is $67.15B. Target Corp!!!! They are currently under remodeling so, you would figure they would have more people on staff. I first noticed that Target was cutting down on cashiers since November of 2018. We made a couple of trips that month and the lines of customers were LONG, they had several cash registers but hardly any cashiers. Their managers were rushing people to use "self cash out" instead. If you are going to push "self checkout" then give your customers "an employee discount" because you decided not to have employees. We decided not return and go elsewhere and have since discovered several folks in my neighborhood discussing this issue. I wish Target the best of luck. Target is just another multi million dollar empire that has little regard for its employees. How can Target raise its hourly wage and then drastically cut hours and think that's ok? Their CEO makes a pretty good paycheck at the expense of the employees. You will be blown away by how much money that guy makes. Brian Cornell is an American businessman who has a net worth of $80 million. He is best known for being the chairman and CEO of the Target Corporation.

I was literally treated like a thief of a cart, I was told that my ESA dog could not go into the cart cuz it was unsanitary?? I will never shop at Target again!! the Thieves aren't treated this bad!!!! Maybe if the African American man would of had better tact and not wouldn't have treated me like a criminal I wouldn't of felt so atacted by him. He's words were harsh and loud and I was humiliated I am so upset the way I was approached as if I was a criminal. Maybe Target should treat the danger in the outside with the same tacked and it would be a safer place to shop!!!!! Delora Acosta 10/08/2022

I’ve been a long time customer of target, and now they are having us check out ourselves , not one checker to have the option to help with the daunting process, not having anybody to help us. I need to find a new place to shop. I quit going to Walmart due to the same poor service. Where is customer service? How come people do not want to work anymore Sincerely unsatisfied customer

The price on the shelves doesn't always match the price at the register! Take photos of the shelf prices and scan your items at one of the scanners that are placed around the store. Then you will know ahead of time whether or not you are being overcharged, as often seems to be the case in this store, and you can get your money back at Customer Service. A lot of the items in this store are more inexpensive than elsewhere, which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, I have been going to this store over the past 8 months or so and rarely do I walk out without first having to go to Customer Service for some sort of refund dues to an overcharge. Customer beware! They have not been very good about fixing this problem even when it is brought to their attention!

Every employee I've interacted with here has been super friendly! They always seem genuinely interested in helping you and happy to be at work. As a former retail employee, I know how hard it can be to show up at work with a great attitude every day, so this Target must be doing something right. I love going here, and it's clean and organized as well. The only thing that I find a little annoying is that often times there will be stuff in the clearance section that isn't actually marked down, but the employees always take care of it. Great store!

I don’t usually do the grocery shopping but I had to stop in to grab a few things. I’m sure I looked lost in the grocery section but Mica helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Saved me the headache of walking up and down isles haha.

The current climate with rampant theft is terrible. Between everything being locked up and inventory levels being at all time lows, it's no wonder that people are turning to online shopping... The store is clean and the employees friendly when you can find them...

I ordered a skirt from Santa Fe Target. Web site said they had some. I went buy to pick up at designated time. Not there. So I wasted mine time and not sure if money will be returned. Normally I like this store. But I will not use order and pick every again. They offered to order it again but I would have to pay for shipping to my home. Boo

Be aware of your safety at this Target. Hourly theft, dangerous parking lot. Selection is average. They remodeled and it's got an ulta vibe by cosmetics. Menswear could use a remodel to say the least. They pretty much carry the same products all the time. Some sections look barren at times. They have a decent seltzer water area. Customer service is poor. Bathrooms are kept in decent condition. Staffing appears sparse. Decent homewares area if you need a throw pillow.

Always a safe bet for a great shopping experience. Target anywhere and everywhere! Santa Fe Target is super clean, has spacious isles, excellent selection of department store products as well as superb grocery items. Get the Red Card!

I gotta say this Target was in poor condition during my visit. It was disheveled, trashy, and poorly stocked. This is probably worst Target I've shopped at. I love Target, really. So I was really disappointed on how it looked. Sometimes I like going shopping to get away from the chaos in life. It's nice to visit stores that are cleaned and orderly to get some respite. That's why I value the shopping experience and reason why I love shopping at Target. Hopefully they'll get it together.

I love target. I personally prefer it over walmart. The customer service is awesome. Unfortunately the shoplifting is out of hand and it's very frustrating. I feel bad for the employees because they can't chase down the shoplifters like they used to back in the day. Personally frustrating. However with that said the staff is absolutely amazing. I love this store I come constantly you can ask them they probably know me by name at this point. At least know my face. I think they have a little bit of everything and it's definitely worth paying a few pennies more compared to Walmart because the service is awesome and I can get in and out quickly. Sometimes I don't get out quickly and spend like an hour or more in there I may have a shopping problem at this point. LOL love love going to Target for my everyday necessities

Santa Fe target was packed on Christmas Eve Eve… but everyone was helpful and friendly. And a manager was directing people to shorter and quicker check out lanes , where there were (gasp) actual people working!! It was awesome !

I like Target because they have alternate products available at a reasonable price. They have quality products and more than one option available. It is a well kept store with an emphasis on customer service.

This Target had none of the items that I was looking for, that I have always been able to find at other stores. Their shelves were pretty bare. I was shocked. The (very friendly staff members) were not shocked. So I guess lack of inventory is normal here.

Worst experience ever! Target Starbucks employee is the rudest person I have ever met. Not the person Target needs for their customer service. Then, she insisted I pay an upcharage for almond milk on top of the upcharge for an oatmilk drink. When I questioned it, she told the other barista to tell me - he was clearly uncomfortable and kept apologizing. This older woman should know better. She is not a pleasant person.

Drive up service is useless. Waited for 35-45 minutes for my last two orders when it was "ready". The order I placed today was stayed processing for 3 hours and and never went past that point so that's neat. Why even bother when I can go into the store and pick up the items myself faster. Management incompetence has ruined this store.

Drove here, came in wanting to buy some stuff but the last time I was here Starbucks girl was so rude, dressing room people before that, then I almost get run over by a customer, leave with employees who look miserable talking and looking at me. Lovely.

We had a really great experience in this Target location. We needed five bookcases for a new apartment, and there were only two on the floor. One of the staff members, Darwin, determined that they had more back stock and retrieved the three additional units we needed, apologizing for the time it took to move stock to access the final unit. He really went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful the whole time. This target location is well stocked and obviously well staffed.

The “Drive Up” team at the Zafarano Santa Fe NM location have always been very quick, friendly & efficient in bringing out my order & placing all items into my vehicle with care. They are providing a valuable service for me in general, as it frees up my time in not having to run in & shop and fight with the crowds. I hope that this shopping option will always be available. Thank you! I would even pay a extra fee for this option..as it is well worth it.

This location looked terrible, there seems to be construction, lots of unopened freight on the floor and holes where products should be. Customer service was excellent and all of the friendlystaff said hello or asked if I needed assistance.
