We heard the GF croissants were amazing, but by 930 am they were already sold out. We try a bunch of other delicious GF pastries though!

Definitely in my top 3 gluten free bakeries of all time. It is dangerously good and they have so many options for both vegan and no vegan folks. I haven’t tried anything I didn’t love.

Delightful bakery. Knife of a challenge to find inside the building, but worth seeking it out. All of our items were great, although we both agreed that the cinnamon roll needed more icing. The scone was heavenly and the cupcake was Devine. Also we purchased a loaf of bread for the next day to use for French toast.

What can I say to add to all the fantastic reviews? This bakery is a must do for ALL visitors to Santa Fe, regardless of dietary restrictions. As one with celiac, I have never seen this unique mix of variety of creative items & ingredients, quality of those ingredients & the technique of putting it all together for incredible textures & tastes. So far we have had Nutella Croissant (my #1), Lemon Bar, Chocolate Cherry Scone. The best are the breads, both Brioche & Raisin. The staff is always warm & welcoming & so gracious when explaining this is all we have left. Get there early for best choices. There's always something to enjoy & always a surprise no matter the time! Enjoy & way to go to owners & staff!

I cannot rave about this bakery enough. My sister and I were visiting Santa Fe for the first time and found this place. We went back 3 times in a week. Everything was fabulous! The Sammy (like a large oatmeal cream pie, but better) was my favorite. The staff is incredible. If you are in Santa Fe consider visiting.

I always seek out vegan establishments when I'm in a new city. My husband and I got there right when it opened...I could tell by the way the pastries were stored they'd been refrigerated. I tried 2 offerings...the raspberry and orange scone and the blue berry oat bar. I believe the flour used was rice. The texture was mealy and had little to no sweetness [possibly due to agave or other low sugar sweetner]. I took one bite of each and tossed them. My husband had a cherry bear claw gf but not vegan. His had a but more sweetness, but the pastry again was mealy. As a vegan chef, certified culinarian and Nutritionist [registered] I understand the need for alternatives for those facing celiac disease. I've baked for clients who require gf options. I've always given kudos to businesses like this, but for the price [$18 for 3 pastries] the quality should be MUCH better.

Probably the best raspberry cake I’ve ever tasted so I returned today to pick up some cupcakes for another gathering today.

Very disappointing. I am visiting from out of town and made a special trip with my hosts to check out this bakery. We ordered a cinnamon roll, muffin, and scone. They were quite small and about $5 each. I tried to order a decaf coffee but this was unavailable, even as an Americano. I asked about tea and the employee pulled out two beat up boxes of random Stash herbal teas. No thanks. We sat down at the little food court area outside and got excited to dive in. My first bite (of the muffin, which was way too sweet and more of a cupcake) my teeth sunk in to lightly toasted dough. I asked my friend how her scone was. “Doughy.” Not of the items we bought were baked through. We peeled off the outer crust of each item to eat and discussed whether to just throw away the rest of our expensive breakfast. We instead ordered food at a different establishment and decided to take our “baked” goods home to try to bake them ourselves. Not sure if there was a substitute baker in today or what, but definitely would not return or recommend.

Just visiting town and found this bakery on Maps. Got enough treats to last a long time! I see a steady stream of local women coming by to get bread. Bless GF bakers

This gluten-free bakery is a culinary masterpiece! The pastries and bread are a testament to the skill and expertise of the owners/bakers. The flavors are rich, and the textures are spot-on – you'd never guess they're gluten-free. This bakery has set the bar high for gluten-free options in our community. It's a delightful haven for those seeking top-notch gluten-free treats. Without a doubt, it's the best and I'm hooked!

No Gluten…No Problem. Finding a gluten-free bakery like this is a true blessing. The pastries and bread are nothing short of perfection – moist, flavorful, and utterly delicious. I appreciate the effort put into ensuring that those with gluten restrictions don't have to compromise on taste. This bakery has become my go-to for all things gluten-free, and I can't recommend it enough. It's hands down the best in the local scene!

I am hoping the owners consider this feedback. This bakery has such potential. The two young ladies, who helped us were lovely, it is in a great location and serves a population who really gets excited when they see something that is gluten-free. I would like to see them work on their recipes. I purchased two loaves of bread that were OK. I also got the almond croissant and the lemon bar - unfortunately, I would not recommend either. My husband got the chocolate donut and a few other items, I don’t recall. We spent $40 and took a couple of bites of each and sadly, tossed the rest.

My mother and I both have celiac disease and we’ve never had a reaction from these wonderfully delicious baked goods. Thank you for the hard work, Revolution, it’s such an amazing treat to have something sweet that’s SAFE for a Celiac to eat!

Gluten-free heaven! Lots of vegan options as well. They seem to have mastered gluten-free baked goods and that makes me happy.
