Last Fall we vacationed in Santa Fe. great place vacationed there many times in the last 60 years. We stayed at Otra Vez just at the same time that your mayor was touting what a safe place Santa Fe was at the time the sanctuary city issues began to heat up. The downtown is full of homeless, even sleeping in our hotel doorway. We rented bikes at a downtown shop. We could not purchase insurance against theft. We parked the bikes on a secured second story courtyard. The bike was stolen the second night, complete with footage on the Otra Vez site camera. The condo would not take any of the responsibility for the loss of the bicycle, though from the footage it is pretty clear that the thief must have had a key to the iron gate security as he came up that step. The bicycle said the price I had to pay was many hundreds of dollars and this was a "wholesale" price. I would never have rented the bike if I knew they valued it at over $1000 dollars. I am retired and did not have the money to cover this awful charge. I assure that my view of the "charm" of your city is sullied by the unsafe state of your downtown and the unwillingness of your business establishments to take any responsibility or risk for your unsafe city.

Otra Vez is a luxurious resort in the middle of down town Santa Fe. The rooms are fantastic. The people are wonderful! We wholeheartedly enjoyed ourselves. The plaza is just a short walk away, and the facility is surrounded by locally owned restaurants, bookstores, and shops. Add to that the local Flair; the Balloon Fiesta in October, the State Fair in September, Zozobrz, the Indian Market on the Plaza, skiing, a soak and a massage at Ten Thousand Waves, and countless other activities that can be accessed from here. Otra Vez becomes Central hub for countless activities in and around Santa Fe.

I am an owner of several weeks of timeshare at Otra Vez, We have stayed there and have traded weeks through RCI. It is a wonderful place, located 2 blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza. Try it out, good rental rates, full kitchen and right in downtown Santa Fe. If you are at timeshare owner and trade weeks, Otra Vez Trading Power is excellent. With the Trading Power of one 2-bedroom unit, we have now spent 4 weeks elsewhere. Timeshares are available at very reasonable rates.

Location is perfect. Always very quiet except sometimes street noise outside our 2nd floor room by Galisteo and Water street corner. Parking a bit tight. Short walk to Plaza. Very nice people working here. Decor is very New Mexico. WiFi seems very good. Schedule well ahead, 6 mo to 1 year.

Clean, quaint, and lovely place to stay. The rooms were decorated in a southwestern flair and very spacious. It was the perfect placebto stay.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location made it easy to access all of downtown Santa Fe's sights.

Returning annually (last +- 25)...convenient, charming, well appointed, comfortable suites with 1-2 BR, living rm/kitchen, fireplaces - always hospitable! We love the fact that we are just a couple blocks off Santa Fe's plaza- Cathedral, Cafe Pasqual's, Plaza Cafe, Shed, Casa Sena, Zephyr, Bull Ring, Tomasita's ... HΓ€agen-Dazs. Hate to share this secret "Amarilloans" spot but we like sharing a good thing. Good for Otra Vez and thank you.

We enjoyed a wonderful week here in July 2018. I really enjoyed our stay, they cleaned every day and the security was great. The climate at this time of year was perfect, cool clear mornings, hot but not humid during the day. The olde town and plaza were fantastic and I love the historical aspects of the area. The only thing was they changed shower heads on us the next to last day...maybe to save water but it wasn’t near as good as the one that was in place when we arrived.

The Otra Vez is a group of about 18 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums just a couple of blocks off of the Plaza. They are well decorated in southwestern decor and very well maintained. The location can not be beaten and is in easy walking distance of most of the main attractions. I would highly recommend

Convenient location, near shops and restaurants. For being downtown, it was amazingly quiet. Pleasantly appointed southwestern decor, comfy bed. Housekeeping was not as good. Forgot to leave coffee for the coffee pot, did leave sour half and half for us. Took dishtowel and dishcloth but did not leave any replacements. I may be picky, but this timeshare cost me a lot of money for the week. Overall, it was pleasant, not perfect!

This place is so convenient to old town Santa Fe. Very nice lodging. Not too much parking but we really enjoyed our stay. Office people are very nice.

Pretty nice place to stay. A little outdated and no major amenities (pool, exercise room, etc), but fireplaces in the units and a nice coffee shop/bookstore in the same building. Great location and wonderful staff easily make up for the shortcomings.

My biggest issues are late night noise which is extreme and parking lot security
