the grab-and-go thing when ordering from the app isn't any good if you get a drink, they never put a cup out with your order and there's never anyone at the counter so you end up standing there forever trying to get someone's attention to get your drink. if you customize your order at all, be prepared for them to mess it up 90% of the time, and when you take it back to them they'll be confused and rude about it. be sure you check the replacement food because they'll mess that up too. i mean, i know it's taco bell, but still

This place won't take your order and make you use the kiosk. They didn't even make my order till i asked where it was 20 minutes later. And even then they made it wrong and didn't put an item in that was ordered. Then I called corporate and after 30 minutes of being on hold and talking to someone for just a few minutes (not being rude either) there person hung up on me. So corporate won't even help there customers out!

It's 90 degrees out side and also in the lobby. The lobby is never comfortable, it's either way to hot or extremely cold. What is the good reason for that?

Two times now I have tried to buy breakfast for 30 of my employees and the front door was locked at 7:15am. I tried the drive thru and no one responded. I decided to go to McDonald’s right next door and was pleasantly greeted and got my big order in 15 minutes.

My son loves Taco Bell, therefore I've become a connoisseur. They had several new items on the menu, which is a good thing for me. Little Man always gets the same things, with little variation. He loved the new strawberry cream freeze. The chipotle chicken ranch burrito was good. I would love to tell you about the rolled chicken tacos, but it was too late to rectify by the time I realized they'd given me plain old hard shell tacos stuffed with ground meat instead of what I'd ordered (and paid for).

Trash! Ordered online, showed my order had gone through. Got told that there must have been a glitch and they did not receive my order. Got told they wouldn't refund my order or even make it. I was told to reorder again through the app. Just go to McDonalds next door.

The person taking orders had a hard time understanding our order. Upon arriving at the window. I greeted the person. she was very rude with the service you gave us. I think this employee needs to learn a little bit more customer service .

It's Taco Bell. You either like it or not. There's really no in between. This location has the updated contemporary interior. That's nice. It gives the place a pleasant and clean atmosphere. There's a self-order kiosk for those that prefer to not dead with people. My food tasted great and it was cheap to boot.

Me: Hey. Can I get a number 10, Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, but just the burrito. And I would like no sour cream, and extra of everything else on it. Employee: Certainly! (Adding things, taking things away…) And what would you like on the taco? M: Sorry. I said I just want the steak grilled cheese burrito. E: But you said a number 10. M: (Starting to get irritated, but holding it in) I did. I see the confusion. I apologize. But I just want the steak grilled cheese burrito. E: Okay…(more button presses) I have a supreme burrito here, anything else? M: That’s not what I asked for. E: Sorry. Steak grilled cheese burrito. Anything else. M: No thanks. (Pays, checks receipt. “Supreme Burrito”) Hey. This isn’t what I asked for. E: I made sure to put “grilled” as an extra on it. … What did I receive? A supreme burrito. Nowhere near what I ordered. 2/5, only because I got food of some sort.

Worse Experience EVER. I was missing 50% of my order I told them and they had me wait a long time. My order got cold. Then I was asked to take everything out of bag and open and unwrap everything to prove I was missing things. It was ridiculous I even had to unwrap the whole burritos to show what was inside. It was humiliaing. And yes i was missing 50% of the order. When I got home my Nachos were smashed and soggy. Crunch wraps were half way filled quesadia had very little cheese and soft tacos had practically nothing in them.

I'm completely disappointed with my experience I will not be spending my money here again. I ordered two California Breakfast Crunchwraps with no bacon to pick up on my way to work. I ordered my food 30 minutes before I got here. When I got there the place was totally empty and I was like sweet they'll be fast and they were. I got my food within 5 minutes and I was on my way. I get to work and I dig into my wrap and I'm presented with a small wrap that is filled with barely any eggs or cheese and filled with chipotle sauce. For context these wraps are supposed to be made with tomatoes, guacamole, cheese, egg, hashbrown, and typically bacon but I can't eat bacon. For $3.99 each to get a half a** wrap is unacceptable. I don't know if it's a lack of training or lazy employees but this is just sad. I'll just stick to the Taco Bell near The School for The Deaf.

The only item that I truly like is the Enchiritio. It was not on the menu so I asked if they made it and was told yes. This was by far the best looking and tasting Enchiritio I have had. This taco bell was clean with plenty of seating. Not all stores make the Enchiritio, so this was a treat.

The gentleman and the counter was not very helpful or friendly. My mexican pizza barely had any sauce on it when I asked for a side they wanted to charge me. No big deal, but the guy could of been more Courteous and friendly, instead he got defensive and said everything is measured and that's the way it comes. I did spend about $30 for my family.

I ordered off the kiosk and didn't get my drink cup until asking for it upon receiving the food. They almost fought with me and didn’t give me the cup—assuming it was already given. Then when I received my order it was missing quite a bit of food. I didn’t bother having them correct it because the 3 people ordering before me had items missing as well and they were scolded by staff saying if it was ordered, it will be in the bag period. That turned me off from having them fix anything as I saw it would just be a fight. Pretty upset I lost money here but won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

Every time I go through the drive-thru they always mess up my order and I always have to go back inside. Plus they will not refund you back your money when they are the ones who messed up. They need better people working at the window taking orders.

  • 1/5 Wilber G. 1 year ago on Google
Says they are open till 3am. People hide so they don’t have to serve you in the drive thru! Management needs to correct this issue!!

I've always loved Taco Bell and would give 5 stars for any location if they hadn't completely removed the menu item I would ALWAYS order, the GORDITA!! A beef gordita supreme yup that was my ish ever since i can remember. Not sure how i got turned on to it but It's always been my favorite/usual ever since i was younger. Yes im aware its pretty much a fat soft taco but it actually DOES have a completely different taste which i assume is due to their use of a different tortilla than the soft tacos. I settle now for the chalupa lol it is similar in some ways.. Which is crazy because i never had a chalupa before nor desired to try one. Idk why. But ya! Anyways back to actually reviewing 😆 if you've even read this far in my review then u are awesome and i promise you this taco bell should meet your needs! They occasionally get orders wrong but ive had that experience at all of them at least once.

My go-to tacobell in town. Nice and efficient staff. Sometimes, they're out of Bajablast or fire sauce, which is why I docked them a star on food. The quality is always consistent and good tho.

The food is always portioned correctly and the employees are always very nice and calm. It's a very relaxed environment. My go to orders are either the $5 nachos box (which the toppings are just the right amount) OR the $5 chalupa box (always hot, fresh, and delicious of course). I come here maybe once a week for a month or two now and have never had a bad experience, personally. The drive thru is quick, and the dine in area is always clean and tidy.

3 times telling them my order wasn't right, he insisted it was, refused to fix it. What I was given wasn't made to any standard whatsoever. Small tacos, no tomato on supreme, crunchy taco when I said soft, just a bunch of cheese and lettuce.

I am suffering from teeth loss and pain. I can't chew well. I ordered Pintos and cheese and an Enchirito. I also added extra red sauce and sour cream. It was SO delicious, and I was happy to finally be able to eat real food! 😁

Hands down the best Taco Bell I have ever had-sets a new standard. Food is always hot and not skimped on with ingredients-comes out way better than expected and you feel like you’re eating somewhere a step up than expected. Service is also great!
