The customer service isn't great. I pulled up to the drive-thru and I was the only customer there. I asked the guy who was taking my order to give me a minute. He gave me 3 seconds before he asked what I wanted again. I ordered the Doritos supreme with a blue raspberry freeze and a few sauces. Taco Bell must be hurting for money or something because their size large drinks are now the size of everyone else's mediums. And while I appreciate it when a restaurant gives me enough sauces for my food, 30 hot sauces for three tacos is a bit overkill! Lol I'm not sure what I spent, as I was never given a total for my order. I was given a receipt, however I'm not sure where it is currently.

Absolutely! I am a victim of gun violence in ABQ and moved to Sfe with what I can carry. I have a job and a place to live and I'm attending SFCC. It's so nice to be back and be welcomed by your friendly staff!

This location has totally gone downhill. I don't know where they're finding their employees, but they need to look harder for better workers. Today I got a simple order, med. Coke, lg ice tea, 2 soft tacos and 1 burrito. How hard can that be? He even asked if I wanted sauce, I said yes. Instead I received med coke (no ice and COMPLETELY flat), lg ice tea (no ice and very warm), 2 soft tacos (1 was fine, the other about half the beef and no lettuce or cheese), 1 burrito (no cheese), and no sauce packets. No receipt. Tried to call to speak with a Mgr. Phone has been busy for over an hour. Finally stopped trying. What the hell? Employees= TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. 🤬

Came here after Meow Wolf for dinner. Food is okay. The only problem is I was using the restroom and the male staff here just open the restroom door without knocking the door. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! If you need to clean the restroom you should have knock the door at least twice before you open it, especially when you’re a MALE and you want to open a FEMALE restroom door!!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had in any of the Taco Bells!!!!

OMG - this is no ordinary Taco Bell! The food was of amazing quality and the staff were amazing as well. I wish our local Taco Bell was this great and also stayed open as late! This place is special.

Just found out they carry green chili was super stocked. Tried green bean burrito Xtra cheese and combo burrito Supreme it was super delicious. Then through on some fire sauce 🔥 😋

Worst Taco bell ever. I guess I should have known better the last time i went they messed up my order. This time i went for lunch spent 35 minutes in line. I ordered 3 steak taco Supremes. Got my order and left. Get to wrk and i have 1 ground beef taco and a burrito. I called and they were rude and dismissive. Last time going there.

Went through the drive thru spent close to $40, I ordered a Vegetarian Mexican pizza combo, it was all made with meat the tickets clearly said vegetarian on it. I understand that they had a long line and the employee probably went into muscle memory mode but when I come to remedy the issue don't make me feel as if I made the mistake and fixing it is inconvenient for you.. I won't be coming back to this location ever again.

Went here on 12/2 and got a burrito supreme. The workers just shoved some lettuce and tomato into the flap of a bean burrito trying to pass it off as a burrito supreme. There was no sour cream or beef in the entire burrito. Contacted taco bell on 12/3, and all I asked for was a remake of the burrito. Well this location couldn't even be bothered to respond. It is totally gross what the workers did and the fact that this location doesn't care speaks volumes. This was my favorite taco bell location in Santa Fe, not anymore.

Possibly best service I've had at a Taco Bell. Could hear the drive thru attendant very clearly through the speaker (a rarity), food was prepared quickly and even labeled so we could easily identify each item. Food quality was 4/5 for a Taco Bell, I'd say. Many menu items labeled as vegetarian.

Went thru drive thru 6:30 pm on 1/3/24 ordered # 7 Chicken quesadillas, and 4 crunchy tacos, asked the cashier face to face for 20 hot sauce. Get back to the hotel, a few problems, gave me 7 hot sauce instead of the 20 I asked him in person, the chicken quesadillas… they forgot the chicken… only cheese. Also one taco looked like they launched a scoop of taco meat after the taco was wrapped. Probably an off night or new staff, wont go to this location again.

Literally the dumbest people who can’t take a simple order by number lol who got it wrong 2x. I hate having to drive thru all to have to park go in and have contact with a rude or non English speaking cashier. I know you shouldn’t expect much from fast food and definitely the people who work there but my kids love their Doritos tacos and have to endure the painful experience every once in awhile.
