had
read
the
reviews
that
talked
about
the
harsh
atmosphere
and
negative
things
from
a
couple
of
years
ago
and
I
thought
that
the
service
could
have
been
improved
and
I
made
my
appointment,
immediately
after
having
paid,
I
regretted
it.
The
atmosphere
does
feel
super
toxic
and
in
general
the
staff
has
a
terrible
attitude
toward
customers
and
each
other.
From
the
moment
you
arrive
at
the
building,
pedantic
people
serve
you
at
the
reception.
Once
there,
they
offered
me
payment
for
the
waxing
package
in
months
without
interest
and
I
accepted.
When
they
were
giving
me
a
cleansing
facial,
the
receptionist
came
in
to
collect,
halfway
through
the
process.
When
I
was
going
to
be
charged
for
the
total,
I
told
the
woman
that
they
offered
it
to
me
in
months
and
she
said
that
the
option
appeared
when
I
swiped
the
card;
"safe?"
I
asked
"yes
yes
yes,
no
problem."
He
swiped
the
card
and
I
was
charged
for
the
full
amount
(besides,
they
had
told
me
that
if
I
made
the
payment
in
one
payment,
they
would
give
me
another
discount,
so
they
were
charging
me
more).
The
receptionist
made
some
excuse
and
I
asked
her
to
call
the
person
in
charge,
who
was
the
one
who
offered
me
the
package
and
told
me
that
she
would
contact
the
bank
while
they
finished
my
treatment.
When
I
left,
he
told
me
that
apparently
it
had
been
an
issue
with
my
bank,
but
that
I
should
call
to
resolve
it
and
that
if
it
wasn't
resolved,
since
they
couldn't
give
me
a
refund,
they
would
give
me
facials
equivalent
to
the
cost.
Although
I
disliked
all
this,
I
tried
to
resolve
it
with
the
bank
and
there
was
no
way.
Later
I
wrote
to
them
via
WhatsApp
to
let
them
know
and
ask
if
there
was
another
way
to
resolve
it,
because
I
didn't
like
the
idea
of
having
to
charge
it
with
facials,
considering
that
it
wasn't
my
mistake,
and
they
responded
that
they
would
make
the
refund
in
the
next
session.
I
honestly
thought
about
canceling
the
service
and
having
the
first
session
deducted,
but
I
figured
I
would
only
have
to
deal
with
these
people
a
couple
of
times
and
decided
to
continue,
plus
I
got
the
impression
(and
this
is
totally
unfounded)
that
they
would
try
to
charge
me
more
for
canceling.
Several
times
I
was
made
to
wait
20-40
minutes
with
scheduled
appointments.
The
worst
thing,
beyond
the
treatment,
was
that
on
at
least
3
occasions,
the
person
who
treated
me
hurt
me
with
the
laser,
it
really
hurt
a
lot,
and
when
I
told
him
that
it
was
hurting,
he
said
that
maybe
I
would
have
better
results
if
I
held
on.
In
general
the
staff
seems
to
be
unaware
of
the
procedures,
I
was
almost
always
attended
to
by
a
different
person
and
99%
of
the
time,
they
didn't
seem
to
have
any
idea
what
they
were
doing;
A
couple
of
times
I
told
the
person
in
charge
that
I
thought
the
person
who
treated
me
was
inexperienced
and
that
I
had
felt
little
contact
with
the
laser,
and
indeed
after
that
session,
I
did
not
have
favorable
results.
The
manager
told
me
that
I
probably
have
hormonal
problems
and
that's
why
I
didn't
have
results.
However,
I
found
another
place
and
after
the
first
session
I
saw
better
results
than
I
had
seen
in
more
than
a
year
on
this
site.

better
decision
than
the
one
I
made
by
continuing
to
attend
this
terrible
place.
