Hands down the best diner in town. Looking through the reviews while we searched for some local burrito to eat, The Pantry seems to be one of the most popular spots. They definitely didn’t earn its popularity for no reasons! The breakfast burrito was phenomenal, it stuffed with lots of scrambled eggs and your choice of meat (highly recommend carne) Make sure to get both of the chilies on top! If you like pancakes don’t hesitate to try the cinnamon blue corn pancakes, you won’t regret!

This was our first stop arriving into Santa Fe and it didn’t disappoint! Let me just say that I am forever a fan of Sopapillas coming with every meal from here on out. Yum! We also had the Steak enchiladas, Chicken fried steak, Taco salad with chicken, and Kids French toast. Everything was delicious!

Great little place to stop for authentic NM Mexican cuisine. We enjoyed our food and the humongous sopapillas! Tight parking and it looked like a full house when we came through the door but they have seating in a back dining room.

Great little diner. I had a combination plate and my wife had pancakes for supper. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone in Santa Fe. Staff was very friendly and kept our glasses filled. Wish more places did that. Had 2-3 different employees come by and check on us from time to time. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

YES! Food is so good. Has its own New Mexico flare and very good! We would eat here every meal. The brisket taco was amazing and so were the enchiladas. I would like to try one of everything!

Wow! They live up to the hype. Great New Mexico food! Breakfast sandwich was out of this world! Got it with a side of green chile. Blue corn cinnamon pancake also so so good. Our server was wonderful and so sweet. Customer service from everyone we encountered was great. Will come back any time I’m in Santa Fe.

If I could give this place 15 stars -- I would. Food is delicious and fast. Staff is ultra-friendly. We stayed 10 days in Santa Fe for our 40th -- and ate here at least 6 times. One day we ate breakfast and supper here -- yes, it is that good. Thanks to you Pantry for all the wonderful food and service.

I stopped in after passing this a few times while staying the weekend in Santa Fe. It is simple in the way it looks but it was flexible to get seating. I took a seat at the bar. While there i ordered the Brisket tacos with beans and rice. The tacos were very well stuffed with brisket. The brisket was actually falling out, which was nice cause I had some extra morsels of food to eat. Plenty of whole pinto beans and rice. Rice was a little bland but beans and tacos were good. I actually wouldn't have minded if the salsa was hotter but nonetheless it had good flavor. My server was also very friendly. I believe his name was Manuel. Give this place a try. I think you would like it.

Great service. Next level breakfast burritos with amazing green and red chili sauces. Plenty of parking off of a major thoroughfare. Even the coffee was delicious. Love it!

Listed as my place to go if I am ever in the area. Start to finish an amazing experience. I had a sample of everything at our table of 7 but my stuffed French toast was absolutely fabulous. Friendly fast service, comfortable atmosphere. I can't wait to try the other menu items.

In New Mexico for the Balloon Fest. Our party kept passing the restaurant to and from our resort and always saw it busy. Today we decided to try it. We were not disappointed by Any aspect. Food, service and atmosphere were all excellent.

What do I say here... my Bunos Dias with red sauce was delicious! My girlfriend's on the other hand had three long hairs she pulled out of it. The coffee was just of substandard taste. I mean the portions were of good size, the staff was amazing and friendly, and the food did taste good. The hairs in the food just was not a good thing.

The food was outstanding. I had the chicken fried steak, New Mexico style. Instead of gravy, it was covered with chilie sauce. Amazing taste and generous portions. I had an enchilada on the side and that was also very tasty. Go check it out!

The best way to describe this place is a diner, but Mexican food. It has a cute diner feel and the space is quite small and intimate. The food was excellent! I ordered the combination plate with green chile and a mango margarita. The combo plate overall was really good. The brisket taco was by far my favorite thing in the plate. The brisket was flavorful and with the salsa it was even better. The enchilada was pretty good- it had lots of filling and the chicken had great flavor. It wasn't dry by any means. The relleno was a little squishier than I would've like but it was good. The margarita, however, was left to be desired. It looked good but tasted very watered down. I wouldn't get it again. The staff was extremely nice and the service was excellent. My food and drink came out quickly. I would eat here again

One of the best Burritos I have ever had. Carne Adovada was delicious. The chips and dips (salsa, guacamole and queso) were fantastic as well. Kids both had the Quesadilla (chicken and beef) and they loved them. My wife had the chicken fried steak smothered in green chile which was scrumptious! Well definitely come back on our way through again!

One of two places we had to eat at twice. The green chile stew and chiliquiles are to die for. Service is fantastic and the food is brilliant. You need to eat here!

Best food and service I've had in a restaurant in a looong time. The place is spotless, food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentative. Great value for the portion sizes and it's easy to see why this place has been in business since 1948. We will definitely be back next time we're in town! Thank you!

This place was fabulous do not miss. We got the Sopapilla Ground beef and Chicken Fried Steak NM style with white gravy and hatch green chilie added. This was the best food we have had in town. Very flavorful and service was great. Their Iced Tea was great too!!!

Wow! What an amazing place. The food was perfect, the service was quick, even though they were packed, and everyone was so extremely efficient and very friendly. My water was always full, we never wanted for anything, and the prices were great! I Will definitely be back! Must visit in Santa Fe!

Amazing experience here. The food was delicious. Piping hot. It's packed because people know how good it is. I feel like you can learn alot by how full all the salt and pepper shakers are. Every single one was full because all of that food is seasoned to perfection. Prices are great to. This place has Michael's kitchen vibes. If ya know, ya know. Except honestly it's a little better. This is place that you come to everytime you come to Santa Fe, it's a must have.

We were in sf for the weekend and gave this a go on the way out of town! Boy am I glad we did! It was a busy Sunday but we were politely greeted and sat immediately upon entering. My husband and I ordered the same meal. The bacon was crispy and the eggs were cooked to order for my husband. My eggs were a little over fried, but still tasty. The star of the meal was the stuffed French toast. Oh my!!! Delicious! Would definitely visit again when our travels bring us back to New Mexico!

No wait to be seated. Quick service. Food was very good. Suggest the Santa Fe Beef Brisket with red chili sauce. Wife had the Combination with some substitutions. She loved it. Only 8 tables and a counter, not super busy but constant. Will stop again the next time through.

Their green chíle sauce is very good, filled with aroma and great consistency, not like the watery tomato-y one commonly seen. They also see it separately in container which says a lot in their confidence in their sauce. The breakfast burrito with chorizo and chíle relleno omelette are both really good and filling. The eggs are cooked pretty well with a fluffy texture, paired with the kick of chíle, it’s a great start to the morning. The place seems to fill up quickly. We arrived around 8:05am on a Sat and was lucky enough to get seated right away. But one caution is that their chíle is spicier than typical one. So if you don’t handle spice well, beware of that.

Went for a family breakfast and was not disappointed. I had the breakfast burrito with bacon "Christmas style" - includes both red and green chili. To begin the meat was cooked perfectly (not too chewy or over crispy). The eggs were firm and tasty, while the potatoes were seasoned well. This burrito is also jam packed! I also tried the stuffed pancake, cinnamon roll and the blue corn pancake (not pictured). All were very tasty and would recommend to anyone looking for something on the sweeter side.

Busy place with a long wait but once we were seated the service was fast and the food was good. Very very loud inside of the restaurant because it was packed full of people. We were there on a Sunday afternoon so I imagine it was busier than normal. A great spot to stop at if you want New Mexican food in Santa Fe. Ample parking in the back of the restaurant.

Everything about this place is great! The food was incredible, the service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. We got the pantry club, country chicken fried steak, and grilled chicken meal and were blown away by all three. The portion sizes are fairly large and every element was executed well. They also have some good beer and cocktail options.

A laid-back diner experience with hot, delicious entrees. The portions are large and the price fits the budget. They have standard diner fare and those with the local and southwestern flare. I ordered my first ever Frito pie and it did not disappoint. I'd definitely come back.

As always I had an excellent time here at the Pantry Cafe. I ordered the breakfast burrito with two eggs on top cooked over medium. My friend ordered the Huevos Consuelo. Our server was amazing. Thank you for all the many years of great food!

I don’t know what to say but you get so much for the price, and the food is also delicious. Our servers were also extremely attentive and friendly. The dining atmosphere was cozy, with all the pictures and all.
