We
dined
at
Geronimo
during
the
Santa
Fe
NM
Wine
and
Chili
Fiesta.
We
had
not
been
to
the
restaurant
for
several
years,
but
it
was
as
good
as
ever!
The
meal
began
with
glasses
of
complimentary
champagne.
A
first-class
touch!
We
ordered
martinis
from
the
craft
cocktail
list,
and
both
were
delicious.
We
shared
the
Wagyu
beef
carpaccio
appetizer,
and
it
was
every
bit
as
good
as
it
looks.
Next,
we
shared
the
endive
salad,
which
was
amazing,
especially
the
dressing,
a
sweet
onion
vinaigrette.
Our
entrées
included
the
green
miso
sea
bass,
as
well
as
the
beef
tenderloin
and
frites.
Both
entrees
were
delicious,
a
journey
of
culinary
fantasy.
It
was
a
great
night,
so
we
had
two
desserts!
The
meyer
lemon
crepe
was
crazy
good.
We
also
had
the
collapsing
green
apple
with
sorbet.
Difficult
to
explain,
but
amazing
on
the
palate.
Service
was
outstanding
as
always,
attentive
but
not
intrusive.
All
in
all,
a
fantastic
meal
and
a
great
evening.
We’ll
be
back
…
