You
lost
our
business.
Since
moving
to
Santa
Fe
four
months
ago,
we
were
excited
to
find
this
place
and
had
several
good
experiences.
So
we
were
excited
to
try
some
other
pizza
menu
options
for
pick
up.
Our
pizzas
were
so
cold
when
we
got
back,
they
actually
seemed
old,
like
they'd
been
sitting
out
for
a
really
long
time.
When
we
called,
we
were
told,
sorry,
but
they
don't
have
a
pizza
warmer
and
it
was
our
fault
for
not
picking
them
up
on
time.
We
did.
We
live
pretty
close
and
my
partner
left
as
soon
as
we
ordered.
He
actually
had
to
wait
for
a
bit
before
they
brought
the
pizzas
out.
It
wasn't
just
the
REALLY
bad
food
that
we
were
put
off
by,
it
was
the
total
lack
of
respectful
customer
service
in
response.
Blaming
the
customer
is
extremely
bad
form.
Don't
you
care
about
losing
a
customer?
You
should.
Supporting
local
business
is
so
important
to
us.
Would
be
nice
if
you
showed
some
of
that
in
return.
