The
only
reason
I
am
giving
a
five
star
at
this
point
is
because
of
Lawrence
who
was
the
Saving
Grace
of
the
evening.
The
food
was
good
but
the
service
and
positive
attitude
as
well
as
attentiveness
of
Lawrence
was
phenomenal.
If
it
wouldn't
have
been
for
Lawrence's
professionalism
and
capabilities,
throughout
the
meal
as
well
as
upselling,
the
entire
evening
would
have
been
a
wreck.
The
flip
side
is
Caroline.
She
is
the
greatest
detriment
to
this
entire
restaurant
when
I
walked
in
while
I
was
waiting
for
my
party
she
was
belittling
and
talking
down
to
an
an
employee
in
front
of
another
employee
at
the
check-in
stand.
She
did
not
stop
or
even
consider
stepping
away
when
myself
and
other
customers
were
walking
in.
I
am
highly
dissatisfied
with
the
fact
that
this
would
be
allowed
by
upper
management
to
have
a
person
of
the
management
staff
putting
such
a
bad
foot
forward
in
front
of
customers
especially
other
employees
as
well
when
representing
the
establishment.
I
have
been
a
restaurant
owner,
domestically
and
internationally,
as
well
as
still
own
a
catering
business
and
I
would
never
consider
treating
one
of
my
employees
like
this
especially
in
front
of
customers
or
other
employees.
If
a
manager
wants
respect
it's
earned
not
just
demanded
and
the
way
that
she
was
disrespecting
the
employees
and
in
turn
while
doing
so
in
front
of
guests,
disrespecting
the
guests
This
is
highly
uncalled
for
and
unconscionable.
Caroline
does
not
deserve
the
position
that
she
has
with
this
company
especially
the
way
she
handles
staff
because
she
can't
even
handle
herself
properly.
