In
the
mood
for
a
hella
delicious,
hearty
New
Mexican
breakfast
right
outside
of
beautiful
downtown
Sante
Fe?
Look
no
further,
because
I
am
convinced
you
won't
find
any
close
to
as
fantastic
as
Palacio
Café.
My
God,
it's
one
of
those
places
you
look
back
on
and
can
remember
how
wonderful
the
entire
meal
was
by
the
second.
I
started
my
meal
with
a
mocha
($3.99).
It
came
fast
and
steaming
hot!
It
was
the
perfect
balance
of
expresso
and
chocolately
heaven.
The
real
deal
though
was
the
Smothered
Breakfast
Burrito
(two
eggs,
potatoes,
cheddar
cheese
bacon
or
sausage
[I
got
bacon],
rolled
in
a
large
flour
tortilla
and
topped
with
red
or
green
chile
sauce,
$9.75).
I
couldn't
decide
on
red
or
green
so
I
chose
Christmas.
This
baby
came
out
piping
hot,
and
I
could
smell
it
as
the
server
was
bring
it
to
me.
It
was
absolutely
incredible.
The
thing
was
so
stuffed
with
the
fillings.
There
was
a
generous
amount
of
bacon
and
the
red
and
green
chile
sauces
were
a
great
contrast.
I
would
100%
recommend
ordering
the
Christmas
style.
The
red
sauce
added
a
lot
of
spice
while
the
green
was
milder
but
more
flavorful.
Overall,
it
was
so
effing
good!
I
can't
express
how
much
I
feel
in
love
with
this
restaurant
and
if
it
wasn't
my
last
day
in
Sante
Fe
I
would
have
come
back
every
morning.
You
really
gotta
check
this
place
out.
Based
off
the
reviews
about
their
lunches
and
dinners
I've
definitely
made
it
a
personal
mission
to
return
to
Palacio
Café
next
sting
in
this
city.
