It's taco bell, only negative I've had was under puffed cinnamon twists. No idea how they did that but was not bueno. Sometimes they don't fully grill/heat the food. Don't always give receipts for rewards program.

Awful, awful, awful! An absolute joke!!! The dimwits at this location can never get orders right! Apparently no one there can read or listen! Total waste of money, you likely wont get what you ordered! People here are total screw-ups!! From the reviews you can see how bad this place is! Hey Taco Bell, do you pay any attention to how awful this location is? Frankly, with how bad this place is it's a wonder how they are still open for business, seriously the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to all across this country. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP!!! SHAMEFUL!

This place does not follow the posted and advertised hours. I don't give bad reviews, so I won't start now. I walk past this location on my way to work every morning at about 5m after 8am. The first time last week the doors were locked even though the sign says open at 7am. Luckily an employee was taking out the trash and I asked and he let me in. There were no more problems until Friday morning at 8:05am. Doors locked and when an employee saw me through the window she rudely shook her head. What was more appalling was another guy was there waiting outside and he said he had an 8am interview. So this employee wouldn't come to the door to let me in and order, but she also wouldn't even come let the potential new employee in to interview. Can you imagine losing out on talent because you don't want to be bothered to do your job and serve people inside? They were serving the drive through just fine - so why discriminate against those of us without cars? I really hope a manager sees this and recognizes that if you say you are open inside at 7am, then you make sure you are open inside at 7am. A little late getting started, I understand - but it was more than an hour later! It was rude and felt really discriminatory towards a lower class that doesn't own a car and are not allowed to use the drive through. SHAME on you Taco Bell. You had such a glorious reputation before last week on an early Friday morning. Please consider winning me back by simply opening at the time you said you would open. Am I asking too much of you? I think not.

I went to grab breakfast because I had a little time and I ordered coffee 8 times n still was asked at the window! 2 meals that's all I got n ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS RIGHT!!! Now I'm stuck at work w something I CANT eat and WASTED money!!!!! I'd give NO STARS

They didn't even have hot/mild sauces for our food. Didn't give us drinks for our food that we ordered had to go back and get the drinks overall poor service and limited options.

At the 3029 Cerillos Rd. location they had a line at the drive-through they had a line, so I walked in to order. After observing the cars that they were prioritizing the drive-through customers, which was confirmed by the cashier. When I left the drive-through customers were backed up into the street. Maybe they should not even have a drive-through at this location. The parking seems limited.

They are fast paced and like I always says, treat others the way you want to be treated. Good job guys, if it wasn't for you that place would not run.

Staff was friendly but they messed up my entire order. Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Forgot some of my items and didn't follow special requests.

Ordered chicken soft tacos and got home and they were hard tacos with chicken this is the 2nd time they have messed up an order

I realy like this location cuz there always on point with the orders the other location some how always get the orders wrong. So good job guys keep up the good work

receipt says breakfast steak burrito. idk what they gave me, but it's definitely not eggs, potatoes, and steak. I overpaid for whatever it is I got...there isn't even any meat... and apparently there's a few Fritos? even though there was only about 3 of them...and I was the only order she had

At the end of the day folks, it's a Taco Bell. But I can confidently say after visiting this location for years, the staff's always quick and friendly seldomly does my order get messed up, and again, it's a Taco Bell so I'm not going to blame anyone for messing up or the food not being great. It's fast food. But consistently good fast food. The only reason why it's three stars is because well it's Taco Bell. Also the one star for atmosphere is not because of the staff or anything and anyone's control, it's actually just because the 90s Taco bells look way better.

Staff very fast service and all of them smiling. Asked if I wanted extra condiments without my asking since I had gotten a lot! Always with a friendly smile

They tell me I can't mix match my party box and the manager can't even speak English to explain why "i dont know.... sorrry," not to sound rasict however they should know how that's works. Either your employees are retarded, lazy or both.

It's a 50/50 chance that you take when you order food and you actually enjoy your food. In most cases, I do. I am just disappointed that they are never generous with the sauce packets and I usually have to ask for more.

Horrible, They need to spend less time in their phones and talking about their boyfriends and spend it packing the food, it's unbelievable how everything was everywhere in my bag.

Third out of three TBs where I was forced to use a kiosk, which is not only time-consuming, but doesn't take cash or offer a printed receipt. Nobody behind the counter. I was in and out in 10 seconds. This is three for three with this kiosk business. I am DONE with Taco Bell. I will no longer waste my time trying to find one that will take my order for cash, or give me a receipt for card. Those days are apparently gone. I eat a lot of fast food especially when traveling, and will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

So, sad you think we would learn.... We usually go to the Taco Bell towards downtown but it's an inconvenience to go so far. However, every time we decide to come to this one we're wishful thinking. Hoping something would change and it never does. From the horrible customer service to them constantly saying they're out of something. To my good folks out there take the extra trip to the other taco bell it's worth the drive and takes away your frustration. I don't care how much I meditate...there's a reason I'm trying to stay away from processed foods...the anger alone is gonna give me a heart attack. Went late night and Paula was an absolute gem! She was very nice and professional. Quick service and they make my fiesta veggie burrito nice and big. Wish every location had a late night Paula-vibe!

Ordered food for 3 people, I get 4 hot sauces! Come on employees from taco bell they are like 5 cents quit trying to save money to the owner.

I ordered via app and went thru drive thru to pick up. Pulled iver before leaving to make sure nothing was left out, as it had happened in the past. And of course, I had to park and go in to get the 1 item missing. Food is as decent as any other taco bell, and at this particular one, I just have to check my order.

We got down to enjoy a Mexican pizza for the first time with them being back, and quickly changed our minds after ordering and walking into the dinning room, it was filthy! Ewwww. The trays were sticky to the touch. If anything get your food to go!!!

Best!! Here for a fortnight & had some TB most days. Great intersection of realitively healthy & affordable fast food choices to feed many days of great hiking. Self-serve screens useful for complex orders. Would nearly fly here again for it..nearly.
