Food was good no complaints, however the two young ladies hosting were very unprofessional! Busy with their cell phones and forgot we were waiting for half hour to be seated and sat a couple who just walked in before us. So then we get seated after waiting 45 minutes, and are waiter took 15 minutes to get to are table. The food could have been Mandan but after an hour and a half it tasted pretty darn good. 😂 but we didn't die!!!

We have been getting Carside orders for years, but lately have been less than pleased. Tonight was the worst, so disappointed that I'm considering maybe not ordering again. Everything seemed old or reheated. Last time we ordered the catering size oriental chicken salad we received 5 regular sized containers, this time it was only 3. Oriental chicken salad - there were pieces of chicken that were that weird rubbery texture which has never happened before, the rest of it seemed normal. Appetizer sampler - quesadillas were soggy; the chips were discolored, most were a dark yellow but there were a couple fresh looking lighter ones; the spinach dip also looked old, was not even warm. This cost over $60, not meeting expectations.

Didn't even make it to a table. Hostess said a 10 minute wait and wasn't even busy at all. She was more interested in her phone than us. We just walked out and went to RED Lobster.

There appeared to be a staffing shortage, had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated when it wasn't too busy at all. But once seated, the service and food was excellent. Nice waitress, enthusiastic and accommodating. The whole family was satisfied with their order. Burgers, chicken and shrimp, steak- all great.

I don't see how this restaurant stays open. Waited 20 minutes for a table for two at 4 pm with 75% of the restaurant empty. When they did seat people, they then ignored the waiting list that the inattentive/absent employee was maintaining when we arrived. Food was OK, but service is just passable at best. It seems like the employees can barely be bothered to attend to their jobs. Bad scene, bad service vibe. Had a gift card; otherwise, we would have left before we were seated.

Parking lot has maybe 20% of the light operational. No waiting area for to-go orders. The girl that took the order has inch to inch and a half long acrylic nails. Not professional or sanitary for a restaurant. I am assuming NM has not good code laws for this. Hoping the food is decent. Update. Food is delicious.

Came to celebrate tonight our daughter’s finishing school. Restaurant was empty and we were told we would have a 10-20 minute wait. There was no one else waiting. Was told they only have two servers. Sad day!!!!

They took forever to actually give us service forever means about 45 minutes sitting on the table without a drink I had to get up and ask for service and the restaurant was freezing. However once we got service the lady was super nice food was served everything was nice tasteful and enjoyable except for her food got very cold fast

Such a sad place! There were three employees or managers sitting in the back reading some papers having a good time.. While staff was down to one server on a Friday at 2! Instead of losing customers to the wait time. Get up and help your staff!management should know how to step in in any position!

Food was okay and the prices were fair but the service is awful. Waited almost an hour to get seated. Food took a long to time come out. Server never came to check on us or refill our drinks. Got the "endless" wings but only got one reorder which was still incorrect. If you are going for the wings you are better off getting just wings or wing street. Food will be better, cheaper, faster, and come with better service.

My husband and I came for lunch. They were short staffed but kept the expectations realistic. They didn’t double seat their servers or push the kitchen. We waited about 15 minutes, our server was a sweet young lady who is working her tail off! Thanks for the great service and the food was so darn delicious! Thank you kitchen team! It was fantastic!!!

The ladies room was disgusting. Went on a Sunday night and the cleaning chart on the back of the door indicated it had not been cleaned since Thursday! I guess I should have asked to see the kitchen. Just had soup and salad; the soup was not hot though the cheese on top was melted. The flavor was very good. And, I must say, the only reason for the two stars is the outstanding service of our server who did not give us his name.

Hostess Christina was very delightful and friendly. The food that was prepared was amazing. Great portion and lovely taste

Food was good. My husband's only complaint was that the cooked broccoli was more raw than cooked. Waitress wasn't as attentive as they could have been, we would have had another round of drinks if she would have been.

Minor complaints. Ordered a medium rare steak and got a medium well. I sent it back. Long wait for food. Table video monitors kept going out while the kids were playing them. No crayons for kids menu. But, Food was good and had happy tummies. we tipped our waitress well.

We really like to have dinner/lunch at Applebee's. Our server acted like she didn't want to be there and was not very helpful, though I left a tip. Hopefully, the next server will be better. FYI... the food was great! Thank you.

We recently placed on online order. There were a few errors but the manager John provided exceptional service and helped to make it right. Very helpful , kind and friendly.

This place is the worst Applebee's I've ever been to the service is less than ok, the food mediocre. I guess if you're looking to pay cheap for what you get this is the place to go. The cups are disgusting dirty looks like they dont clean their dishes very well might get sick, the food comes out cold. Very disappointing.

The service and food was good, so were the alcoholic beverages. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait but we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was reasonably priced and the restrooms were clean. I gave it four stars because part of our order was wrong, but the waiter corrected it on our ticket and was very polite about it. We would visit this Applebee's again.

Is it me or has Applebee's fiest lime chicken changed?! The chicken was burnt and hard. Super disappointed! Service was good despite the server having tables all over the restaurant.

The whole experience was awful! Must have a real big shortage in waiters because wait time was over1 hour ordered the $26.00 ribeye steak was all cartledge could not eat this so called Ribeye steak? Oh and they must have a shortage of food as well, judging by my teaspoon of mashed potatoes no flavor at all. Ordered a soup forgot to bring it until after everyone else ate what they were brought not what they ordered . Never brought any second margarita either and I really needed it…just really upsetting….

Applebees has always been a safe choice for us and we keep coming back. There has been time when a waiter did not listen to our order and assumed a size of drink and brought the wrong size and when we brought it to his attention he said, it’s the small size and no charge. All we wanted was a large size drink. I would give a solid 3.5 out of 5.

Hostes on the pm shift around 7-8 PM needs training on her customer service skills. Went and requested a table, place was pretty much empty, and with a bad looking attitude, told us that there will be a 45 minutes wait. All of this while she was in the phone texting.
