    For many years Pizza Hut has certainly always provided me with great service, make a terrific specialty pizza and fire hot boneless wings to perfection. They have also always hired some of the most friendly and five stars drivers who work as hard as they can to deliver your order warm and as quickly as possible, so cut them some slack and if you have issue, then go pick up the order yourself. Thank you Pizza Hut! 🙋‍♀️

    Not only where there fragments of bone in my pizza (likely due extremely cheap bacon supplier), there were also thin black hairs baked into it. Now I can personally understand if a hair falls into food when you're preparing it, but two of the same kind? In different areas of the same slice? In addition to bone shards? Disgusting. How many other hairs on the other slices? How many 1cm long slivers of bone? Oct2022: After one year (approximately), we opted to give Pizza Hut another go. I put in the order at 5:45. Pickup at 6:00. At 6:20 they told me it was "still in the oven!" They never apologized for somehow losing a carry-out order and wasting half an hour of my time.

    I have come here several times over the past few years and service is better now than ever before. Our pizza was slightly wrong but they insisted on remaking and were so nice about it. The pizzas pasta and wings have been coming out extremely fresh and delicious which is different than just a few months ago. Idk what they are doing differently but it is working. The employees have been so nice and I really appreciate them trying to make this a trustable pizza place for santa fe.

    I have ordered from this location three times. It has been a nightmare to receive my order every single time. Every time I think it will be different. Every time it’s the same. Absolutely unacceptable. The worst pizza delivery service I have ever experienced in my life.

    Im not one to write reviews generally, but I’ve consistently found myself waiting 2 to 3 hours for my food from this location. As someone without transportation, I like to be able to order out on a nice Friday or Sunday evening. But placing an order for one pizza at 6:30 and receiving it at 11:00 really rubs me the wrong way. Update: received food after 3 hours, cold. And they forgot my 2 liter of Pepsi. Mind you it took so long to arrive the store is now closed and the door dasher left the food in the rain without even knocking on the door. On top of that, doordash does not offer any way to contact your delivery driver after the food has been dropped off. This is theft.

    Waited for over an hour for my pizza, I called to ask for the manager because I feel that I shouldn’t pay for it since is been over 40 minutes like they said, he said everyone’s pizza are being delivered late. So I canceled my order. Thank you Pizza Hut for not putting your customers first!!!!!!!!!

    Omg I'm always getting pizza from here. But not anymore last night picked up food and the lazy dude cleaning used the broom to clean out the shelves were they put all the pizza wires for the ovens. Omg I'm so disgusting and not 1 person had gloves on. That's disgusting

    The other day we dined in and the service was pretty okay I don’t remember the waitresses name she had glasses and long hair. The restaurant was also very clean even the bathrooms. We also ordered to go and it was also pretty okay.

    Pizza was terrible and service lousy, pizza was reheated then sold as a fresh pizza. . Dept. Of Health should inspect this place. Whoever owns this store location needs to step it up and take pride in this business. It's a embarresment to Santa Fe. I wonder how dissatisfied the people are that come and visit our town to see and receive the same food and service.

    A couple of days ago I had the worst service at pizza, as a dasher I was there to pick up an order and while waiting I overheard a conversation between a fellow dasher and the manager whose name is Andrea, Andrea started to raise her voice while indicating that she hated dashers and then she began to yell saying how much she hated her job and she wanted to quit due to being understaffed because employees would quit, which I could see why, she indicated that she doesn’t get paid enough to be so stressed. Her attitude was very unprofessional as a manager! I caution customers to avoid this restaurant in the future, customers do not deserve to be verbally abused because she’s unable to handle the pressures of her job.

    Stood in the "Uber Eats/Doordash" line to pick up an order for delivery and was totally ignored and never acknowledged. Employees lack basic customer service skills.

    Very upsetting, pizza hut has been getting worst. Manager and employees not helpful and careless. My pizza was delivered almost 3 hours later. I called corporate and not to helpful either supposedly I was getting a remake and when pizza was received was cold. Never ordering again!

    The pizza and soda I had were good. The server wasn't attentive so I had to wave at him to ask him for napkins and silverware. The dining area had insufficient lighting.

    Wouldn't even give it a one star with thier manager Yvette everytime we order threw uber we are missing items never fails . I ordered and called and asked for a manager and asked politely if she could please check to ensure we get all our order she was so defensive and hostile so rude she told me its ubers job to check i told her but im asking politely if you as a manager can just double check last time uber said they did verify and ask and was told it was all there wow this girl acts ghetto as hell she told me she had a line she turned it into a argument and we could of been done with the call immediately if she as a manager would of just been able to say she could check our order. I told her ive spoken with jon the other manager due to missing items and i was politely asking if she could check it she told me i could call jon later if i wanted oh i will and also corporate. She was mad that i called to ask to please check that all our items being sent as im paying for it and she acted like i stole her dog i spend alot there . Her in a management position should be embarrassed how she represents pizza hut and treats paying customers

    website crashed 5x before I gave up on ordering my pizza online. The website design is leaving much to be desired.I love Pizzahut, but the constant website crashing makes me give up on ordering. Do better.

    Bring back the Hut Favorite. The crust be lacking flavor an work on spreading cheese shouldn't have 3 slices that 75% sauce 25% was super fresh

    Service was friendly and food was tasty. Served warm and in great to go containers. I really would like to see the salad bar going again... There's just too much empty space for a place that I believe doesn't see many folks anyhow. I think a salad bar would cross the "t" and dot the "I" in Best In Service

    Went in was told they’d be right with us apparently the guy was on the phone, but took awhile, two other female employees took off to the back and did not acknowledge our presence, at the very least a hello or head nod with eye contact would have been enough for us to have waited longer. The establishment was not busy and I believe that we were the only to customers in the “restaurant” the experience was awkward and I believe the employees need coaching in customer service. We decided not to order.

    This Pizza Hut has messed up so many times but I figured give them another chance. Shame on me for thinking that. Not only did I receive attitude after calling and asking where my missing items might be… but then get sent a picture of my food on my neighbor’s porch!! Excuse me!! You delivered part of my meal to me and then part of it to my neighbor!!! What is happening here!!

    I’m from Texas and I wish Pizza Hut tasted like this one where I’m from! Great, friendly service. Quick curbside service. Food was hot and fresh. Extra crispy and thin was perfect!

    We had not eaten at Pizza Hut since our children were little but we were hungry and waiting for a prescription to be filled. Because of the awesome staff, wonderful service and the food was delicious! I must say that the Santa Fe Pizza Hut is Fantastic! We live closer to Las Vegas, New Mexico and the one there is a big part of the reason we stopped going to all Pizza Hut establishments. Obviously, the Santa Fe location has changed my mind, we will make this our "To Go To" location!

    I have ordered from this establishment regularly, until now. I ordered a pizza with no sauce last night, clicked the red “reorder” button today, and received a pizza with red sauce. The manager was completely unhelpful, told me that they have had numerous complaints from customers due to “glitches” in the app, and said he would “meet me halfway” by charging me 50% to rectify their error. It is absurd to expect me to pay $40 ($26 initially plus $13) to get a pizza that I initially ordered correctly. He said that the pizza I ordered last night said “light sauce” but I have the receipt proving it said “no sauce” - so he was just lying. When I said that they would be losing me as a customer, the manager said, “that’s alright.” Great customer service for a corporate chain. I will never order from here again unless they fix THEIR error.

    Honestly, I would never normally write a review for a Pizza Hut but when I tell you the gal working the front counter gave 10/10 customer service it is no lie. She went out of her way to look for bowls and cutlery for something else we needed, helped us get everything bagged up really nicely, double checked our order and was genuinely friendly. The food was warm and what was expected so that was great too :) would recommend!

    Decent food. The ordering delivery system does not allow enough room to give enough instructions so anything complicated is likely to cause problems. If you have complicated delivery instructions, better to order from somewhere else. - Ordering from home computer to pick up as carry out works well, however pizza hut staff beg for tips. - the food now tastes a little different, sort of "off" but not sure how to describe it. edible but not sure how soon I would want to repeat the experience.

    This location does not currently have a buffet available, and your order has to be placed at the counter for the one server to complete. No fountain drinks, only bottled soda in the cooler. I'm guessing they are super short-staffed, and trying the best they can to stay open. The restaurant is clean, but *completely empty* at lunchtime.

    This Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. We arrived at 7:25 and waited to be seated for over 30 minutes with four hungry boys. There was only one table occupied and still no service. I asked if we should seat ourselves, the response was no you have to wait, we are the only ones up here. I did not get the guys name. Also in the time we arrived there were six people that walked in after we did for pick up orders and they were helped before us. I hope they get better service there because it is good food but if not, I do not see this Pizza Hut lasting much longer.

    Please have better service I placed the order and within 1 minute I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I had to start all over again and the mobile website is not really that good so I was stressing out and decided not to order any more.

    I made my order online for curbside pickup. When arriving at restaurant I did as Pizza Hut instructed and clicked the “I’m here” button on my order confirmation email. I waited several minutes in the car, no one came out. We ended up going in to get our food. When we made it home we noticed that part of our order, cheese sticks, was missing. Also, at this point our food was very cold after us waiting for it to be brought out to us, as instructed, and in result our food just sitting there. We called the store, to alert them of our missing item and request for a refund of our missing item, they said “call back later.” I would like a refund for my food I did not receive. I also tipped prior to food pickup, since ordering online, and expected a much better experience. What a disappointing and sub par experience.

    I placed an order for here. Waited patient for an hour. No text message or call nor even coming over to our table to notify us about our food. Finally after the hour I came up to the counter grab our supposed to go order that I ordered for here. Ordered cinnamon sticks to later not even receive our full 20 piece order and no icing had to walk up and ask waited at the counter so long my sister got unpatient came to the front desk and had to grav someone's attention just to get our icing and cinnamon sticks credited. The worst service I've had at any restaurant.

    My pizza was so cold....I wonder if it was even fresh made? or got a pizza that was sitting out and the persons that order it never picked it up.....I have NEVER had this problem.... Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place but now who knows when I will reorder again...Shame one the staff that issued this out.....

    Delivery time was great. However, something was wrong with the pizza. The dough seemed off. Flavor was just not there for this last order. It was terrible.

    The order took way longer than expected. They make it as delivered and my husband went to the store and talked to the vet unprofessional manager on shift he was no help offered no solution 30 min after the delivery girl finally called it took about 2hrs for 1 pizza and wings this is not ok next time just call if expected delay and mark it delivered only when you really have delivered it
