This is a wonderful re-opening of an old favorite, the San Francisco St Bar & Grill originally opened at this venue in 1985. Amazing location upstairs right on the plaza in downtown Santa Fe, NM, SFSBG has a full bar and super affordable menu featuring delicious standards ranging from pub fare, New Mexican favorites and some Italian options. Locals will recognize the menu from the Santa Fe Bar & Grill. The manager and servers were enthusiastic and the service was excellent! We're locals and we'll be back.

You cannot beat this location. We have been coming here for many years. Now the food is better than ever. We love the new cook

We used to recommend this place when we brought bus groups to town. However, after our absolutely terrible recent experience I will never recommend it again. They receive 2 stars from me. 1 for having public restrooms and 1 because the food was decent. I understand that this could be an anomaly, however. 1) Lunch should not take 2 hours for simple dishes. 2) The waiter should have been more attentive to our table, especially since there is an automatic 20% gratuity added. 3) The checks should have been fixed and apologies issued. 4) The manager should have visited our table after the 1st mistake and should have made sure we were taken care of. 4) A child should not be expected to sit at a table for over an hour before their food is brought to them. And another almost hour for their birthday icecream.

Dinner was absolutely great. I got the New York strip and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the fajitas. The prices are excellent for the Santa Fe area. We will go back when we are in town again.

Delicious Chicken Tortilla Soup & Blue Corn Vegetable Enchiladas, and a *perfectly* mixed Manhattan, courtesy of premier mixologist Levi! BIG thumbs up for this hidden Santa Fe gem!

Party of 4, we all had wonderful meals ( 3 specials; blackened catfish, honey ginger chicken ) and a NY Strip. Brad was an excellent server even though he was the only server for the entire restaurant. Best french fries too. A bit a noisy when the restaurant is full.

The food was delicious and the menu was varied, offering something from several types of cuisine… a little something for everyone. Our waiter Patrick was really fun. We had a really tough time choosing which entree to get. The portobello sandwich was totally divine. Bathrooms are really nice

My only regret is that we had not found this place earlier on our vacation. The staff is so friendly and the kitchen is clean! **This restaurant is food allergy friendly!** They went out of their way to accommodate for my tomato allergy and gave me no problems with allowing me to sub foods on certain meals to ensure I could get everything I wanted. There are vegetarian options as well. If you're near downtown Santa Fe this place will not disappoint. Not super expensive, and the happy hour has great options. Love it! Find the Five and Dime and go right down the road. It's on the corner.

Best burger I've had, or nearly so. Delicious food and service.

Same layout as it was before. Got a Reuben and a burger. The Reuben was decent but the burger had the classic frozen puck shape and was dry/ overcooked. No liquor license yet. Good service. Menu is a bit all over the place with only two New Mexican choices.

The menu is fantastic and the atmosphere is comfortable. It was fine dining without all of the stuffiness. We came here for our 10 year anniversary dinner and had a great time with well priced wine and top notch food. The owner came over to chat and was very friendly.

Good Service and my husband had the pork chop and it was huge! I had the steak and everything tasted amazing. I also had a blue margarita and it was awesome which had pop rocks! Were from Texas and this is our first time in Santa Fe. Was amazing and cant wait to come back! I love the blend of different food textures and exotic tastes.

Good food but the service can be slow sometimes. Hawaiian steak sandwich was good. I also like their grilled shrimp salad.

Food was great, i got the enchiladas with both red and green chile... If you like hot great tasting savory chile this is the place to go! Only thing i would improve is the service. We had to ask the bus boy to help us with refills. We only seen our sever as he took our order, and when he served our food. The bus boy even handed us our check.

Very good food, I had the roasted half chicken and my wife had the green chili meatloaf. The restaurant was clean and the service was very good. I really liked the teriyaki-honey glaze on the chicken and garlic half mashed potatoes. We will definitely comeback if we ever find ourselves back in Sante Fe.
